I sighed, as I waked into the halls of my workplace, the familiar hum of the printer, the bubbling coffee machine, and the giant chattering of countries.

"Morning Y/N!" Japan called behind me, he was organizing some papers.

"Morning!" I called back.

I pushed the door open to find Germany sitting down, his head resting in his hands. His messy black hair was ruffled.

Over the years.. I developed..

Feelings for him.

I mean, who can't?

He's sweet.. caring and not to mention downright adorable. The way he apologizes for the littlest things or how he always carrying a book when coming out of the library.

But of course I never expected him to like me back.

I'm just an ordinary person among millions.

He'll never like me back.

Germanys POV

I sighed, the paperwork that I was assigned was very time consuming and tiring. I was on the verge of falling asleep when the door opened behind me.

"Ger..? Do you need some help?" She said, sitting down on a chair beside mine, our shoulders were very close, making me sputter and blush.

I've fallen in love with Y/N, she's just so beautiful..

"S-sure!" I stammered, she smiled, which made butterflies swirl in my stomach.

We continued to work on the paperwork for another hour, we got halfway through the pile and we were both feeling good so far.

I was writing my signature when a weight fell onto my shoulder.

Y/N slept on my shoulder, her chest rising and falling in a rhythmic flow. Her perfect H/C hair framing her perfect face.

I froze, not sure what to do; the love of my life right there.

I ran my fingers through Y/Ns H/C hair, a small smile crept up on my face.

The next day was a relevantly sad day.

Heavy downpour pounded the city, smoky grey clouds surrounded the sky in a splatter of grey.

Y/N sat on her couch, bored with nothing to do.

Suddenly her phone gets a ping.

I put my phone down, my heart beating at rapid speeds.

Oh my god oh my god oh my god oh my god..

Germany wanted me to come over to his house, a small blush formed on my face.

I took some deep breaths. I couldn't let Germany know about my feelings.

At least not yet.

Germany's POV

I placed my phone down on my lap, today was finally the day I would confess to Y/N. I even got her a beautiful pearl necklace from one of Phil's friends. I was sure she would like it.

The doorbell rang as i rushed to get it, i turned the knob and Y/N stood there looking perfect as always.

"Hey Ger! You wanted to see me?" She asked.

"Yup! Come on in!" I mentioned for her to enter, we sat down at my couch. I was very nervous, what if she didn't like me back?

"Y/N.. there's something i wanted to say for a long time now.." i began she looked at me confused.
"Yes..?" She tilted her head.

"I love you!" I blurted, her eyes widened, then she smiled.

She reached towards and cupped her hand around my cheek, i blushed from the contact.

She trailed her fingers over my cheek and smiled.
"You're adorable when you blush like that.."
She muttered. I kissed her, on the lips. She let out a soft moan, we broke apart as we ended up snuggling against each other.
