⮚ Chapter 7 ⮘

Sweat dripped off his forehead, the Desert Bus map was really hot. Jard used his hat as a fan, then blew a breeze at Bobo with his hat. They stood on the roof of a building, as Jard placed barriers at the wooden ramp. The two of them just sat at the edge of the roof, watching the survivors running for their lives.

"So...hey, Bobo!! Wanna talk...?" Jard tried cheering Bobo up, as Bobo didn't answer.

"How's life?" Jard asked.

Bobo didn't answer. Jard felt a bit of anger rising, he didn't like to be annoyed. Yes, Bobo may be sad, but at least say a word or two!!

"Bobo."

"..."

"Bobo. Are you going to even answer me?"

"..."

"Bobo." Jard's patience was wearing off.

"..."

"You're testing my patience, aren't you?"

"..."

Jard growled, then shouted at Bobo. "BOBO!! I'M SO PISSED OFF RIGHT NOW."

Bobo gave Jard a side eye, then scooted further away. Sure, Bobo could be cute, but sometimes just too annoying when he ignores you!!

Jard scoffed as he hopped off the roof, the nextbot breaking the barrier as it downed Bobo. He screamed for help as he fell off the roof, falling on his head.

Hard.

Jard rushed over to Bobo, carrying him bridal style. "Oh for god's sake." Jard murmured, then threw Bobo on the ground. Jard patched up Bobo with bandages, then ran away from Bobo.

Bobo followed Jard, but then fell. He was too weak to run. The nextbot downed Bobo again. Jard sighed and revived Bobo. "Slow down, you're too fast for me!!" Bobo complained.

"Then why are you so slow?" Jard helped Bobo up.

"I-it's just how I am!!"

Jard left Bobo behind, placing barriers around him to protect himself. Bobo felt anger, feeling like Jard abandoned Bobo there. There was the special round, as Bobo smirked, his visor shading half of his face.

Jard looked above his head, seeing a new special round.

Jard was shocked, then looked at the spawn point. He saw Bobo duplicating himself, there being 8 Bobos' in total. He gasped in horror, amazed by their agility and speed.

"BOBOWAWAHAHA..." the Bobos' shouted whenever they downed someone.

"HOW IS THIS FAIR?!! LIFE ISN'T FAIR!!" one of the survivors cried, as they all crawled to Jard. "H-help me..." they murmured. In Jard's mind, they looked like broken zombies, all crawling to him.

"Join us..." they smirked. He ran away from them, then met a Bobo in front of him. "BOBOWAWAHAHA..." they shouted as they chased Jard. He then saw the real Bobo, seeming to be summoning more Bobos'.

"BOBO!!" Jard ran towards Bobo, then hugged Bobo. He rolled over on the ground, locking Bobo on top of him. Bobo growled, scratching his face. Jard's cheek started bleeding.

"BOBO!! STOP IT!!" Jard shouted, but Bobo didn't seem to listen. Bobo continued squirming in Jard's grasp, then bit his arm. Jard continued holding Bobo.

"I KNOW YOU CAN HEAR ME!! I KNOW YOU'RE STILL IN THERE!!"

Bobo continued fighting.

Jard clicked his tongue. "BOBO!! COME ON, I KNOW YOU'RE BETTER THAN THIS!!"

Jard started blushing, thinking that this might be the perfect time.

"WHAT IF I TOLD YOU THAT I LOVE YOU?"
