It's been 10 minutes since they are talking but she is stubborn in her decision that she didn't want to go back to there

We know it our mistake but try to understand we really want to clear our mistakes at least can we get a second chance I know we have been terrible to you and we are  10000 time sorry for that we realised our mistakes and we really want to your trust back
