Kuroo catches up to you, after he helped Kenma get over the wall.

"Not gonna thank me for saving your ass" he nudges you

"I said thanks" you nudge him back

"I risked running laps for a thanks"

"Well I guess you did" you couldn't hide your massive grin anymore

"Off to class then?" He looks down at you, his eyes made you melt inside.

"Yeah no shit, you think i jumped that wall for what?" You roll your eyes in reply

"You jumped that wall?"

"Yes I did" you cross your arms

"I thought I pulled you over it, didn't realise it was you doing all the hard work" he teases

"Yeah well it obviously I did" you laugh tossing your hair over your shoulder

"Wanna ditch?" He stops staring at you intently

Butterflies caught in your throat, he was standing extremely close to you, looking down directly into your gaze.

"You're telling me you'd rather skip than go to 2 hours of chemistry? That's crazy talk" you advert your eyes from his, your comment receives a hideous a loud laugh come from him, causing you to laugh as well.

"WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT" you laugh to the point of your stomach hurting, wiping tears forming at the corner of your eye you finally answer his question.

"Yeah let's skip" you flash him a wide smile before turning around to walk back in the direction you had both just come from, Kuroo tagging behind.

"You know when you asked me to skip I didn't think that meant going to a volleyball court" groaning you lie down on the silver seat next to the outdoor court

"Wait you actually play sport, I thought you were like lazy"

"Yeah I play sport" you kick him with your outstretched leg "just not volleyball"

"What's better than volleyball" he looks up to the sky perplexed

"Basketball is, it's fast paced and unpredictable always keeping you on your toes" you loved talking about basketball, given the rare opportunity to.
