Plot:- It had been two years since Shubman and Sara tied the knot, and in that time, their bond had only grown stronger. With Shubman deeply immersed in his cricket career and Sara thriving in her medical profession, they had built a life full of love, laughter, and mutual support.

The first rays of the morning sun filtered through the light curtains, casting a soft golden glow in the room. Sara stirred in bed, her eyes slowly fluttering open as she felt the warmth of Shubman beside her. His arm was lazily draped around her waist, and his breathing was steady. She smiled, enjoying this rare moment of peace before their day began.

"Aaj late nahi ho rahe tum?" she whispered, brushing a strand of hair off his forehead.

Shubman groaned softly, pulling her closer, "Thodi der aur so jaane do na."

Sara chuckled lightly, her fingers tracing random patterns on his arm. "Tum apni practice ke liye late ho jaoge, phir mujhe mat kehna ki maine jagaya nahi."

He sighed, finally opening his eyes, giving her a lazy smile. "Tum jaisi doctor ke saath hoon, toh kya darr."

She laughed, playfully pushing him away, "Haan haan, bas practice ke liye late mat ho jana, warna coach ko phone karna padega tumhari wajah se."

They both got out of bed, and the morning routine began. Sara went to the wardrobe to pick out her clothes for the hospital, while Shubman stretched and yawned, heading towards the shower. Their mornings had become almost a well-rehearsed dance - she getting ready for her work at the hospital, and him for practice sessions.

Sara tied her hair up in a loose bun and started gathering her things. But as she stood up, a sudden wave of dizziness hit her. Her vision blurred for a moment, and she had to hold onto the edge of the dresser for support.

"Ye kya ho raha hai mujhe?" she murmured to herself, feeling light-headed. The uneasy sensation passed quickly, but it left her feeling unsettled. She brushed it off, convincing herself it was just the exhaustion of the past few days. With so many back-to-back shifts, she hadn't had time to focus on herself.

Suddenly, another nauseous wave hit her, stronger this time. Without thinking, she dashed to the washroom, just barely making it in time.

"Yeh kya ho raha hai?" she whispered, splashing water on her face after a few moments. She looked at her reflection in the mirror, her thoughts racing. It had been three or four days now that she had been feeling like this - dizzy, nauseous, weak.

"Shayad thakawat ka asar hai," she reassured herself, drying her hands and taking a deep breath.

Determined not to let it bother her, Sara grabbed her things and headed out.

Shub dropped her to the hospital and before leaving, he leaned in to give her a quick kiss on the forehead. "Bye, jaan."

"Bye," she said softly, trying to hide the worry in her eyes as he left for practice. She quickly brushed off the feeling and reminded herself that she is gonna have a long day at the hospital. But that nagging thought stayed with her.

At the hospital, Sara's day passed in a blur of patients and paperwork, until a familiar face walked in with a smile.

"Utkarsha!" Sara greeted warmly, walking over to hug her friend. Utkarsha Pawar, Ruturaj's wife, had become a close friend over the years, and it wasn't unusual for her to drop by during Sara's breaks.

"Hey doc, kaisi ho? Bahut busy lag rahi ho," Utkarsha teased, taking a seat in Sara's office.

Sara smiled, though it didn't reach her eyes. "Haan, thoda zyada kaam chal raha hai aajkal." There was a hint of tiredness in her eyes. "I'm so glad you came. Work's been a little crazy lately."
