Aurora had a smug grin on her face and she stood up and pushed in her chair "I've gotta go to the toilet" she giggled with a wink ","why you little" I was cut off by a hot Australian voice "um h-hi" I smiled at his stutter "hey" I said and grinned.
"My names Calum and I'm um I'm sorry this is a stupid idea I shouldn't be over here talking to you, sorry I'll just um I'll just leave" he went to walk away but I quickly grabbed his shoulder "don't. Can you stay? Please?" His beautiful brown eyes locked onto mine for a second, then he turned his gaze and sat in Aurora's chair.
"I'm Carly by the way..."
"You have beautiful eyes"
"Ah thanks".
Calum's POV:
"Ah thanks"
Carly is so perfect. She is way to far out of my league though. She'd never date someone like me. What am I even saying she probably has a boyfriend. God I'm stupid.
"Um those are my friends" I said tilting my head towards them "the one with orange hair is Michael, the blonde one is luke and the other one is Ashton"
"They seem..fun?" She said with a laugh.
I turned to see Luke making a tower from fries "aha yeah they are"
"Calum, we've gotta go practice!" Luke yelled waving at me.
"Hey I'm sorry I gotta go but um I'll give you my number and you can text me?" I shyly smiled and Carly passed me her phone, I slowly typed in my number then stood up from my chair
"Text me okay?" I said whilst walking away "of course" she yelled whilst waving. My smile disappeared at the though of leaving, because I'll probably never see her again.
Carly's POV:
"Of course" I yelled.
I heard the toilet door open. Great timing Aurora.
"So did he ask you out? What happened? I need details!"
"We just talked"
"He's into you. That's for sure"
"He wouldn't would he?"
Auroras phone vibrated against the table "ah shit I gotta go, text me later okay?"
"Yep" I shouted almost falling out of my seat. Aurora left macdonalds and I was left alone staring at the name on my phone 'Calum Hood'.
