You had to get a bunch of shots and Monica went with you but you never told her about your needle phobia
Monica - Y/n are you ready to go
Y/n - um yea I guess
Monica and Y/n head to the doctors
On the way there Monica notices that your legs are bouncing and that you were zoned out so she put a hold on your leg to get your attention
Monica says with a soft voice - Y/n honey are you ok
You flinches and looks around to see that the light is red
Monica looks at you with a concern look on her face and says - honey is everything ok
You nod
Monica doesn't believe you but she doesn't push you
Once you and Monica get to the doctors, your breathing starts to pick up, Monica see that your breathing is picking up and she quickly gets out of the car and goes to your side and opens the door and she pulls you into a hug
Monica - hun what's wrong
Y/n - I-I never mind its stupid
Monica - no its not stupid, it has you worked up so please tell me
You don't say anything
Monica starts to put it together and figures out that Y/n has a needle phobia
Monica - Y/n hun are you scared of needles
Y/n nods
Monica hugs Y/n
A few moments later
Monica - are you ready hun
Y/n nods knowing that you don't have much of a choice
Once you guys are in the waiting room, you start to become more anxious and your legs start to bounce again
Monica is filling out paperwork
Nurse - Y/n Y/l/n
The nurse brings You and Monica into a private room
Nurse - ok so I am going to check your vitals
Y/n nod and takes off your hoodie
The nurse puts the blood pressure cup on your arm
The blood pressure cup start to get tighter but you start to move around because you don't like it
Monica grabs your hand and rubs the back of it with her thumb
Once it was done the nurse left the room
Y/n says panicked - I don't wanna do this anymore
Monica - hey hun, it's ok you are doing great I promise it will be over before you know it
You nod
The doctor comes in the room
Doctor - hi Y/n I am Dr. Leabow but you can call me Ryleigh, I see on your chart that you are due for a few vaccinations
you nod
Doctor - ok, before we do that we are also going to do a blood test
Your eyes go wide and you start to frantically shake your head
The Nurse comes in with the needles and you start to freak out
Monica grabs your hand and pulls you onto her lap and puts your head on her chest
Doctor - ok, so we are going to start with the blood draw
Monica grabs one of your arms from around her so the doctor can do the blood draw
Doctor - ok quick pinch
You flinch as the doctor is putting the needle in your arm, You start crying
Y/n - ow ow ow please take it out
Doctor - almost done I promise
Monica - you are doing great hun
Once the Doctor takes the needle out of your arm and put a cotton ball on it, you wrap your arm around Monica again
Doctor - ok time for your vaccinations, we are going to do 2 in each arm and leg and 2 in your butt
You start shaking
Monica - Y/n hun its ok, I am here, I am not going anywhere
The Doctor gets the needles ready
Doctor - I am going to start with the arms
Monica nods before You can say anything
The Doctor puts the first needle in your arm
Y/n - owwwww stop please
Once the Doctor was done with the first needle he quickly does the second one
Y/n - owwwww
The Doctor quickly went to the other side of you
Monica - Y/n you are doing great hun
Monica continues whispers sweet things to Y/n
The Doctor puts the needle in Y/n arm
Y/n crys
Once the Doctor is done with the needles on Y/n arms he goes to the ones on her legs
Doctor - Monica can you put Y/n on the bed, on her back
Monica - ok
Monica puts you on the bed and put you on your back and holds your arms down
The doctor puts the first two needles in your one leg
You start screaming
Y/n - ow ow ow please stop
The doctor quickly does the other leg
Y/n - owwwwwwww
Once the doctor was done with that Monica picks you up and hugs you tight
Monica - you are almost done just two more to go
The doctor does the needles at the same time to get them done quicker
Y/n start crying harder - owwww stop please please owww
Doctor - all done you did great Y/n
You are still crying
Monica hugs you tight
Monica - you are all done sweetheart, you did awesome
Once the doctor leaves the room
Y/n - I hated that
Monica - I know, nobody likes to get needles but you did awesome and now you get to go home and relax
Y/ n nods and put her head in Monica's neck
Monica rubs your back
Monica - you are all done hun
