The House In The Woods

Chapter 1

That Tuesday Morning

I woke up at 6:30 am on Oct 1st to my husband's alarm going off after a minute goes by he doesn't turn it off

"my love turn off your alarm" I say in a sleepy voice as i try and wake him up

"Mmmhmm" he says as he sits up and turns his alarm off and gets up from the bed and goes to the bathroom

While he does that I get up to stretch and go make breakfast for him made him eggs and bacon and placed it on the counter and headed to the bedroom to see if the bathroom was open and it was so I went in and closed the door behind me and yelled "my love are you getting dressed in the closet or are you watching tiktoks?"

He said back "I'm getting dressed babe I don't have my phone it's on the bed side table next to yours"

I said back "mk my love" as I was washing my hands and then opened the bathroom door and walked to the bed and sat down and grabbed the remote off the bed side table for the TV and turned it on and put on Sam and Cody's new video at 6:50 am.

While I did that my husband came out of the closet and came to the bed and kissed me and grabbed his phone and started to walk to the bedroom door and I said "oh my love your breakfast is on the counter and don't forget that your lunch is in the red bowl"

He said back "Mk thank you baby"

I said back "your welcome my love" while he walked out the bedroom door and walked to the kitchen and grabbed his lunch and headed out the door to go to work.

The time he left the house was at 7:30 am.

I finished the Sam and Cody video at 7:50 am

I got off of YouTube and got on peacock and picked a horror movie called the Jack in the box then I grabbed my blanket and stuffed animal as the movie started

(my husband gave me the stuffed animal on our one month anniversary)

A man found a jack in a box and showed it to his wife and the husband left and the wife kept looking at it then turned to leave.

the Jack in a box disappeared and the wife turned to look at the Jack in a box and went to see why it disappeared and a hand popped out and the wife screamed and ran.

the husband came back and his wife was dead and was pulled in to the box and the lid closed and the husband tried to open it but couldn't and he cried.

"12 years later already" I said as the movie continued with a man walking to a building and going inside walking around asking if anyone is there and finds a girl and they talk

"So he is going to work there" I said as they both moved to a room with artifacts and looks at them and then the guy found the jack in the box and told the girl to look at the box and they found a way to open the box

"Dude no" I say as they get it open and get scared of it jumping out of the box and the movie continues with robbers trying to find Stuff to steal and one of the robbers finds the jack in the box and the boxes lid closed on his fingers and then it opens again and takes one of the robbers
