"I... He... he felt so real," Lucas says, wrapped up in a blanket, sitting at home on his bed, Mike sitting at the chair at Lucas' desk.
Mike takes a deep breath.
"Look, man... I'm sure you THINK you saw him, but it's like you said... Ghosts are just people's minds playing tricks on them," Mike tells him.
Lucas sighs.
"I know, I know. It's just... I swear, when he put my hand on my shoulder... I could FEEL it. And I SWEAR I saw him. He was RIGHT in front of me, I swear! He even LOOKED like a ghost!" He exclaims.
Mike nods, "Like I said, Mike... I don't doubt you saw him. In your mind. Ok?"
Lucas takes a deep breath, "I guess grief does crazy things to people, doesn't it?"
Mike nods again, "Yeah, it sure does. And you said Max claims she thinks she's seen ghosts before?"
Lucas nods, "Yeah. We all heard Max screaming... When I ran in, she was freaking out... Because she claimed she saw Dustin's ghost. Then right after that is when I felt like I saw him. Like I said, he put my hand on my shoulder and said, 'Is that any way to treat an old friend, Lucas?' That's what happened."
Mike sighs, "Look, man... We're all just knee deep in grief over Dustin being gone. He should've been with us for the rest of our lives. Thirty years from now when we're in our 50's, reminiscing about being kids... He should've been there with us. But he won't be. It fucking sucks. But the last thing any of us need to honor Dustin's memory is us going around claiming we can see his ghost."
Then, Lucas lets out a smile.
"It's funny... We both know that Dustin would think that, after he was gone, that me and Max would've thought we saw his ghost. He would've-"
All of a sudden, Dustin emerges from the wall and floats into the room.
"You're right Lucas, I think it's hilarious!"
Lucas and Mike look over... And both start screaming.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH SHIT!" Lucas jumps off his bed.
"OH SHIT WHAT THE FUCK!" Mike screams.
Dustin is Dustin... But he looks... Like a ghost.

Dustin, in his ghostly form, points at them and laughs.
"Man... If you two could see your faces!"
Lucas and Dustin just look at Dustin's ghost in horror.
"No... no..." Lucas shakes his head, "This ain't real! This ain't real!"
