Janelle sat down in her room, she was bored, she couldn't stop thinking back to yesterday when Samir asked for her number, they didn't know each other for long but she was feeling herself start to like him more.
She liked their forming friendship, she didn't know if he felt the same but all she could do was hope and pray.
She felt her phone ding and picked her phone, she looked at the contact name and smiled immediately.

Janelle cut her phone off and walked to her window, she opened it and walked out the room, she didn't know if he was for real or not but she opened it anyways.
Janelle walked downstairs and into the kitchen, she opened the fridge, she grabbed the bag of grapes and headed back upstairs.
No one seemed to be downstairs so she assumed they were in their rooms, she walked back into her room to see Samir standing up.
"Oh, you actually did it.." Janelle said confused and closed her door, Samir didn't say anything and just closed her window back.
"I used to climb trees growing up so it was easy." Samir turned back around and he had his signature smile on his face.
"Oh, I was just about to watch movies and lay down, if you want to do something else then we can do that also." Janelle set the grapes on her bed.
"It's good, I like that plan" Samir took his shoes off and started taking his jacket off, he then took his pants off which left him in shorts.
"Why are you taking off your clothes?" Janelle questioned and Samir laughed.
"I guess i'm used to my friends telling me to take my outside clothes off." Samir shrugged, he folded his pants up and put them on the dresser along with his jacket.
"Oh" Janelle muttered and got on her bed, she grabbed the remote and turned the channel to Netflix.
Samir finally laid down on the bed, and Janelle clicked on the movie Anyone But You.
"Cassie from euphoria? She play in other movies?" Samir said like he was surprised but like he was trying to be funny.
"She is an actor" Janelle responded back and Samir sucked his teeth.
"Nah, she a pornstar." Samir said sarcastically.
"A pornstar is still technically an actor" Samir grabbed a pillow and threw it at Janelle head, Janelle got up and threw a pillow back at Samir.
They both picked up pillows and started to pillow fight, They ended up knocking something down and it made a loud noise which made the pause and burst out laughing.
"Janelle, what the hell you in there doing!" Janelle panicked and looked around, she got under cover and forced Samir under the cover, she laid on top of him and pretended she was going to sleep.
Her mom opened the door and Janelle turned her head to see her mom.
"What you in here doing, lil girl?" Her mom repeated again.
"My laptop fell, i'm not doing anything." Janelle half told the truth, her mom stood there and stared before humming and shutting the door.
Janelle sat up, she was seated on Samir stomach, she wanted to make sure her mom was gone before she moved.
Janelle looked at Samir who looked up as soon as he realized she had looked at him, Janelle finally got off of Samir after a minute or two.
"What are we? In them cringy ahh movies like The Kissing Booth?" Samir joked.
"I kind of want to watch that movie again, it was good." Janelle laughed and Samir shook his head.
"They did all that shit just to not end up together"
"I didn't even watch the last two movies so you just spoiled it for me." Janelle smacked her lips and Samir shrugged.
"The first one was the best one anyways, the fact that they were trying not to get caught was what made the movie good." Samir and Janelle made eye contact and Janelle sucked in a breath before looking away.
"The thought of being caught? Crazy." Janelle smiled and Samir laughed.
"It's a turn on until you actually get caught, that's when the embarrassment gone sink in." Samir sat up.
"How would you know?" Janelle questioned and Samir shrugged.
"I don't but I can just imagine that stuff happening." Samir sighed out and Janelle stifled her laugh.
"Let's continue watching that movie, I wanna see Cassie again." Samir looked at the tv and Janelle hummed.
"She got a name you know" Janelle stated and Samir looked at Janelle.
"What's her name?"
"I don't even know to be honest"
Samir and Janelle shared a laugh before actually focusing on the movie that they missed half on.
