Leia just didn't understand why Luke would trust a complete stranger merely cause he's Vader from another universe only didn't became Vader yet in her opinion
But by far he showed no signs of being the same as the Vader she knew Anakin was just simply a Jedi that helped Luke on the Death Star and was still his father which made it easy for Luke to bond given he never knew his father
For Anakin in his universe he raised Luke and Leia with Padme and despite what world he's in he'd still protect them no matter if they're not the twin Skywalkers he raised
