Ni-ki stayed in my dorm, he said he didn't wanna leave me alone. And he'll stay here until I fall asleep. I stopped arguing back because he was way too stubborn, even more than Heeseung.

Right now, I was in my bed, resting against the bedboard and he was sitting beside me. He was gonna sit on a chair near the bed but I refused, at least he should be comfortable while staying here.

We were sitting in silence, but it wasn't an awkward one. We enjoy each other's presence, sometimes we stay quiet for hours. It was comfortabl with each other.

"Are you sure you're comfortable staying here?". I asked, making sure he is comfortable enough.

"Luna I already told that I am, don't overthink". He spoke softly, chuckling after it. I smiled at him and turned my head back to look at the ceiling. Hundreds of thoughts were bothering me, about everything.

"What are you thinking about?". Ni-ki asked, I think he sensed that I was troubled.

"Nothing". I said, turning my head away from him. I don't wanna trouble him more. He was already helping me so much, I really don't want him to be in this messed up life that I have. I heard him sigh.

"Luna, don't lie to me. You know you don't have to keep anything away from me, and you also know that I wanna help you. You don't trouble or bother me. Please don't ever think like that". He said softly, turning my face to meet his. His eyes never fail to amaze me, how soft his eyes looked, the sparkle in them. He never failed to show me how much he cared.

"I-I'm afraid because of everything that's been going on, and now I'm gonna have to go to my aunt. I'm just scared, I don't know who I am anymore. And I don't know how long I'm gonna have to endure the pain". I said, sighing. I can still feel the pain in my throat and head. Ni-ki looked at me, holding my hand in his. Now we were both sleeping on our sides.

"I know that you're tired Luna, it's not something anyone can endure. You're a really strong person, everytime you fall you get back up again. And I'll always be by your side to help you not give up. You don't have to go through this alone, and when we go to your aunt all this pain will go away once she tells you everything, I promise you". He smiled softly, I smiled back, a way of thanking him. It was a genuine smile this time, he always knows how to comfort me.

"C-Can I ask you something, but please answer me honestly". He said, he looked nervous and worried.

"Are you okay?". I asked worriedly. I know that look, he was afraid of something. Even though he acts strong, but he also overthinks a lot of things sometimes.

"Now that you know who I truly am, why aren't you afraid of me?. Like why do you trust me so much?. I'm a vampire and you know what I can do". He asked as he kept avoiding eye contact with me. As time passed, I came to a conclusion that this means he's very nervous. I grabed his face with my hand, making him look at me.

"I would never be afraid of you Ni-ki. No matter who you are, a human or a vampire or whatever. I trust you no matter what". I assured him, smiling as I continued.

"Besides, when you saved me back in that forest, you had the chance to do whatever you want. And in that night, you didn't even know who I was, but you still didn't do anything, even when I had blood all over my hand. So, you're the one who should stop overthinking". He chuckled when I said that last part. I was glad he talked to me about anything he thinks about, and I always find a way to comfort him.

"Umm Ni-ki?". After a few minutes, I asked. I can't help but to let my curiosity come. He hummed, looking at me.

"How do you guys control your thirst for blood?. I mean, you're in a college full of humans". I said, curious.
