Chapter - 3

As we were eating, Jiya asked me, "A chal na kahi ghumne chalte hai mast".

I was thinking will uncle give me permission, "see mujhe uncle ko puchana padega", I said.

"Tell them don't worry about money i will manage 😉", she said.

My uncle Kishor Saxena, he is very nice to me. He always want to see me happy. Since my mom dad died in a car accident, he took care of me.

He never made me feel that I don't have parents. My aunty Anjali is also so sweet . She has one girl child Riya, still she loves me more than her child.

After we finished our meal, we went to jiya's home. I dropped her home. She have many cars but, still she loves to be dropped by me. Then I went to my house.

When I came back to home, Riya stopped me. Because she wanted to play with me.

Riya is 12 years old girl. She is very cute and beautiful. She loves me and always wanted to spend time with me.

Then i played with her for some time. At evening uncle came back to home and i saw something in his hand. I asked him, "uncle what is this?", Then he smiled and gave me that box.

"Open it dear, it's surprise for you" ,he said. I exitedly opened the box and I was shocked.

Memory flashed in my mind. When i was finding my favourite Titan watch, which was a limited edition. But I didn't get it anywhere, so then my aunty and me went to Titan store. There also i didn't get the watch.

Later aunty told my uncle how sad i was that day.And now my uncle bought the same watch for me. I can imagine how difficult it would be. This shows how much they love me.

My eyes filled with water and i hugged my uncle while crying. "Stop crying like a child anu, don't you like your gift?", He said while smiling.

"No uncle this gift is very precious to me, your love is so big that this gift thank you so much", i said.

My aunty said, " then try this watch on your hand and show us, do fast". I wore that watch and showed everyone.

Then Riya said," Dad don't you love me?, you didn't bring any gifts for me".

"Oh i forgot, sorry i will give you next time", uncle said to Riya in a teasing tone.

"I hate you daddy, i will not talk to you", Riya said while making funny faces which made everyone laugh. Then uncle brought out another box from a carry bag and gave it to Riya.

When she opened the box in excitement, she was dancing because it was her favourite shoe which she wanted to have for a long time.

We all smiled looking at her innocence. I was feeling like how happy family would look like and the answer was in front of my eyes. Today I'm really missing mom and dad.
