Chapter - 4

We had our dinner and then i went to sleep but then Riya said," mujhe good night  kon bolega di bhool gayi kya?". I smiled and said,"aise kaise bhool Sakti hu".

I said good night to her and gave her quick kiss on her cheeks. I went to my room and lay down on my bed.

Thinking ki agar mom dad yaha hote to kitna acha lagata unhe, ki sab log kitne Khush hai. Then I went to my gallery and seated on chair looking at sky. Every end of the day i talk to myself thinking that my mom dad listening to me. 

"Mom mujhe jitna yaad hai aap mere liye butterscotch cake banaya karti thi jab bhi me upset hua karti thi to, or papa hamesha ghumane le jaya karte the", I said while looking at the sky.

My eyes became watery, "kash us din me jid na karti ghumne ki or na hum ghumne jaate to ye sab hota hi nahi ", i said while crying. I wiped my tears and made a smile.

You know mom dad aaj mene ek acha sapna dekha jasa ek ladke ko mene proposed kiya ", i was blushing while saying. But pata nahi usne aisa kyu kaha vo direct na bhi to bol sakta tha, said in low voice.

"Dad aap mom se bohot pyar karte the na?", I said. Thinking that i also deserve a love life like my mother and father.

I closed my eyes and started to pray to God,"hey God, i don't want anything much from you. Just wanted to say that ki jo bhi mere nasib me hai bas utna hi mujhe dena okay",  while saying this i saw a shooting star and thought it may be his sign.

"Wherever don't focus on it anaya", said to myself. I jumped into my bed and closed eyes. Soon i found myself in a deep sleep. 

I woke up at 6 o'clock, still feeling sleepy. Then aunty came into my room, Said,"Are kitna soyegi chal jaldi uth ja meri maa".

I stopped for a while and said while laughing,"are aunty meri to shaadi bhi nahi hui hai me kaise maa banungi 😅". Aunty is also laughing at my joke. I quickly went to the bathroom and got ready for college.

Today i was on time, but jiya was late. She didn't even message me that she is not coming. "Is there anything wrong with her?, I have to find out ", said to myself.

I went to jiya's house, which is lil bit far from our college. I turned my car toward her house. Soon i reached her home, I was standing in front of a big gate and moved my car in.

But security guard stopped me and asked identity of me. I told them that I'm jiya's friend , so they let me go inside.

I parked my car and went inside. One med noticed me and asked for help. I told her that I want to meet jiya. Then i heard footsteps of someone coming from upstairs.

Of course it was jiya's dad, Mr. Mahesh Thakur. "Hey, how are you beta?", He said while coming down. I said,"I'm fine uncle, where is jiya? Why didn't she come to college?".

"Oh actually she forgot to tell you that she went outside the country last night, it was urgent that's why she didn't come ", he said.
