After composing himself, Manic asked himself, "How in the hell could this happen?"
Sonic panted 'as of having an anxiety attack' before he said to himself loudly, "What the hell is happening to me?! I look like a freak!! I and fucking going crazy!"
Manic rushed to his brother before he said 'grabbing his brothers shoulders and shaking him', "Yo baby bro! Calm down! We'll find a way to fix this."
Sonic panted slowly and replied while looking down, "I-I hope so... my head hurts from this splitting from both sides of my head."
Sonia sighed before she said, "Well? I'm taking a liking to it Except for the fact that I have a third eye."
Sonic and Manic were dumbfounded at first before Sonia revealed that she indeed had a third eye on her forehead.
Sonic and Manic shouted in shock, "WHAT THE FUCK?!"
Sonic blinked at it as he said, "Good God how the fuck did that get on you?!"
Sonia shrugged awkwardly and said, "I dunno."
Sonic then noticed his arm was a little strange as he sees a few small horns on his shoulder.
Sonic shouted, "WHAT THE HELL?!"
Manic blinked at this as he thought, "WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING TO MY LITTLE SIBS?!"
Sonic sees his teeth are sharp like his sisters as Manic blinked at this.
Knowing this will spark some panic to the public he had to find a way to cover up their horns and everything.
Manic then said to them, "Listen we gotta hide whatever's happening to you and if any more changes happen let me know immediately."
Sonic and Sonia nodded but little did they know. It's only the beginning.
