Chapter 2 - Newbie

/Pretending to be okay is kinda my thing/

*?? PoV*

I woke up to the sound of the sea and a pounding headache, where the heck am I...

"Hey... Hey... Are you awake?" A very loud and British voice said

"Ugh.. I guess, could you maybe keep the noise down?" I pleaded with my eyes still closed

"WELCOME YOUR FACE TO THE WORLD OF MIANITE!" The Brit yelled, completely ignoring my request of him to keep the noise down. When I opened my eyes I saw a zombie with electric blue hair and huge brown eyes standing in front of me, unlike I normally would be, I wasn't scared at all, in fact I felt comforted in his presence, "So newbie," He began yelling again, "Do you have a name?"

"Ehh...." I searched my mind for any memories.. Nothing "Captain Jordan Sparklez" I blurted out, it felt familiar, almost like coming home after being away for months.

"Well Sparkly pants, I'm Tom," Tom said holding out his hand for me to grab, "Tom Syndicate" He finished. I took his hand and pulled myself up and onto my feet, dusting the sand off of my trousers.

"Well Tom.. Where am I?" I questioned, I didn't get an answer only a smile and a pull on my arm. (I know that it doest really make sense because he said welcome to Mianite and all that but it just leads really nicely into a new segment bit)

"Okay, so Tucker lives on that hill with his girlfriend Sonja?" I asked while pointing to a tall mountain with an ash ketchum head on it and Tom nodded, "And the priest lives in there with Champ?" Tom was questioning me on where everyone lives, in case I need help apparently. He seemed very protective or at least really friendly.

"Yeah, and where do I live?" He asked. It was getting late and I hadn't even made a bed never mind a house.

"It's just round the corner from the obsidian trees... Can I go now Tom? I need to start on a house before the mobs come." I whined, I had only been here for a few hours and I was already complaining.

"Nope! You're coming back to my house tonight, I have a spare bed that you can use tonight and then tomorrow we both can start on your house."

Okay so another short chapter mainly so that I don't miss my goal of Tuesday and Wednesday but maybe soon I'll start doing longer chapters also (I think this is the same with most Wattpad stories) the starting chapters are always a bit shorter than the ones further into the story so yeah expect a little bit more than just a few pages from me! <3 Also if you read my other fanfic The Unwanted Child (Shameless plug hehe) you'll see that I can write a lot, like 1000+ words.
