Mahavir and Meenakshi both together were able to get an unconscious Dhruv back to his room. They laid him on his bed and Meenakshi started tending to him, covering him in sheets and trying to dry him off a little.

Mahavir stood there, staring. His mind blank, still trying to process what had happened. Had Dhruv really tried to...? And had his actions lead him to that? Listening to Dhruv, his voice, it was like a stab to his heart. He had never seen Dhruv so broken. Dhruv had always been so strong and always ready to fight. So to see him like this, so hurt , so anguished, made him rethink everything he was doing. Everything Dhruv said in those moments, was that how things had gone? It was all buzzing in his head.

"Sahayata ke liye dhanyawaad, parantu ye dhong kis liye? Aapko to khushi hogi na. Kar diya aapne aapko jo karna tha. Ya dukh ho raha hai, ki karya poora nahi hua?", Meenakshi said bluntly.

"Hum ye nahi chahte the. Hum Chikitsak Dhruv ke praano ko koi haani nahi pohchana chahte the. Hume koi andaza nhi tha ki iska anjaam aisa kuch hota"

He never wanted that. He just wanted to get Dhruv away from Tara. He had failed to protect her. But had he? All of what Dhruv said, was that what had happened in all that time?

Mahavir now wanted to know the whole thing. He needed to know. Would Meenakshi know it all? So he asked her. Asked her about what Dhruv was talking about, all she knew about what had happened in those 6 years.

Since she had met Mahavir, for the first time, Meenakshi saw a human in front of her. He looked shocked, his eyes filled with horror. Meenakshi, obviously had a hard time believing his words, but something in Mahavir's demeanor, his eyes, made her rethink. She was hesitant at first, but then relented. Better to get the facts out there, now that there was a chance. No more misunderstandings now.

She recounted all that she knew. Starting from when Suryapratap had brought an unconscious Tara and Sukanya to Devgarh. She recounted what her bhaisa had told her.
How, when Shaurya had been kidnapped, Dhruv had saved and shielded Shaurya from the attackers, ready to get killed protecting the child.
That they all knew he was here looking for his wife, whom he was searching for since 5 years, but had no clue Tara was the one. She remembered Tara kept hiding from him, of Tara convincing Bhabosa to send Dhruv off to that cave as a punishment.
She recalled all the times Dhruv had selflessly put Tara and her mother before himself. When Bhabosa had humiliated him, but he had taken it all, for Saraswatiji. Him looking after Shaurya, their conversation about how he felt connected to Shaurya, without even knowing it was his own son. She recalled that moment when she found out the truth. When Dhruv was ready to fight her Bhaisa to stop him from taking his son away from him and his mother. How later, even in the mentally unstable, vulnerable state he was in, he still never let Tara or Shaurya get harmed in any way.

"Dhruv ji ke prem, unki nishtha, unki kaabiliyat pe prashna kaise utha sakte hai aap. Unpar prashna uthane se pehle, apni ore dekhiye. Apni behen ke nirnayo pe drishti daliye. Tarapriya ne jo kiya, humare Bhaisa ke liye, iss rajya ke liye kiya, iss liye hum unke bohot abhari hai. Parantu humari nazar se dekhe to, iss sab me sabse jyada nainsafi kisi ke saath hui hai to wo Dhruv ji hai. Sab kuch to kiya unhone, apni patni, apne putra ke liye. Unke liye lade, unki suraksha ki, unka har paristhiti me khayal rakha, bina kisi apeksha ke. Parantu jab unki patni hi unka saath na de rahi ho, to wo kya karte, jabardasti? Aise vyakti to wo avashya nahi hai."

Mahavir was left speechless, struggling with all the information he got in the last few minutes.
He needed to talk to Tara.
