Snow gently fell over the city, covering streets in a white blanket. The Lees apartment was once again, full of life. The twins woke up early that day to prepare the dinner for tonight.

Their friends started to come in slowly, once at the time - except the younger ones - casting a warm feeling in everybody's heart.

The twelve people finally gathered inside the living room of the twins. Love, happiness, laughing emerged from the apartment. Christmas is a one in a year thing, it was their first one together.

Plates were passed, the air was filled with the smell of delicious food prepared with love. Wine was also passed, some took too much -
"guys i want to make a speech listen to me" said Donghyuck while tapping his spoon on his empty wine glass,
"im so glad we survived each other for 1 month and that we're all here together as twelve, i can't wait to live more things with all of you guys and have the best years i'll ever had, cheers everyone" donghyuck said with joy in each words.
For once, they listened and clapped at the end.

The group - after putting dishes away - filled up the living room. The night of course went on slowly, Donghyuck did to them his speciality - cover Billy Jean - Renjun and Chenle danced to bad romance - Giselle and Jeno challenged themselves multiple time to find who was stronger...
A normal night with them.

"guys it's finally time for the gifts" Jisung said happily.
The group began to open gifts they found under the tree the lees had since november thanks to Jeno.
Some gift were extremely beautiful like a painting Renjun made for the twins to decorate their appartement - or the ps5 chenle have to ningning so that she can practice - some other were interesting like the mugs Donghyuck gave to everyone with his face on it.

Yet, it was all beyond gifts, since for the group, being the twelves of them together was already the best gift they ever had. The laugher and memories shared, backstories exposed were far away from material gifts.

"Jaem come here i have a gift for you" said jennie while offering her hand
"Jenn i was about to do the same thing" Jaemin replied, little bit shocked

"of course it would be those two"
"we already know it's for you guys so give it to you guys and then we'll buy drinks we're getting drunk tonight"
"oh my fucking god i love them"
"isn't it too cliché"
"bitch they're the same fucking people im going crazy"
"oh my fucking god im going to leave this apartment"

The two of them leaved the living room to the kitchen for some privacy, having their gifts in their hands.

"me first" said Jennie while offering her gift to her man.
He slowly opened it and immediately liked it, it was 3 small costumes for his cats as strawberry's. He loved it and immediately hugged her.

As his girl opened her gift, they both couldn't bring themselves with a serious face or whatsoever. The man of her dreams just offered her a lego key ring that look like him with 3 small cats.

They both found it funny that they didn't actually cared about the gift and offered themselves... gifts...

"i love you Jenn and even if you offered my cats strawberry costumes i still do- maybe a little less- but i still do" Jaemin said while hugging her and laughing at their -dumbs- but adorable presents.

"you're the one to talk" Jenn said broking the hug - acting hurt, "you offered me a lego bitch"
"a lego that looks like me"
"and you're proud of it"
"and i always will"

"they look so cute i wanna hold them into my arms"
"what the actual fuck chenle"
"nah i gotta agree with him"
"not you too mark not on this one"
"not me if that console you"
"no Jéno it doesn't, it scares me actually"

im sorry for the month without an update
uni came and it's been killing me guys and with that i had 0 inspiration like AT ALL
even know im not even satisfied with the chapter i just gave y'all but i had to post something so that i can knock out the rest of the book

anyway im so sorry for the shorts updates i'll try to do better i hope you don't mind 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
