Part 2:
We stood outside for a little longer, chatting with each other before we decided to head back into the club.
Zoe and Alice were sitting in our section, while Max and the other two guys were nowhere to be found. No wonder with how packed it was inside. Olivia and I sat down together, opposite Zoe and Alice.
"Where have you been?" Zoe slurred her words a bit.
"Just outside to catch my breath," I briefly answered and she just nodded. Right at that moment, the guys approached our table with a new round of shots. They sat down, and we clinked our glasses together and threw the liquor back.Afterward, I went to the bar to also get a cocktail. I got back to the section, setting my glass down when someone immediately reached for it and took a sip.
"Oh, this tastes good. What did you get darling?" Olivia asked, checking me out for, probably, the tenth time tonight. To say that I felt flattered, would be an understatement.
"It's called Wild Waves, you should get one, if you like it that much."
"Or you could just share yours with me," Olivia said and winked at me. I felt a blush creeping onto my cheeks so I abruptly stood up and excused myself,
"I'm going to head out onto the dance floor again. I'll see you in a bit." Olivia just nodded and took another sip of my drink.Time flew by and I lost count of the amount of alcohol I consumed. I took a break from dancing, sitting in the section by myself. Alice and Olivia were outside smoking, while the rest were on the dance floor still.
Somebody random suddenly sat down next to me. I looked up to see a man already smiling at me, flashing me his white teeth.
"Hi, sexy. You seemed lonely, so I thought I'd spare you some of my time and attention," his big ego was talking.
"I am not looking for someone to keep me company currently," I politely declined his offer, moving away from him to create space between us.But he did not seem to get the message, because he only moved closer to me, closing the distance again and putting his arm around my shoulder. I immediately leaned away and repeated myself,
"I am not interested in you." His smile only grew. "Just one drink," he said, "then I might leave you alone."
"No thank you. I decline," I said again, my voice starting to sound a bit irritated. He scoffed, shoving me back by my shoulder before grabbing one of the cocktails from the table and throwing it onto my dress. I take from that, that he was not pleased with my answer.
"What the fuck was that for?" I asked, enraged yet keeping my demeanour collected.
"You're being such a bitch. All I am asking for is to buy you a drink and loosen up a little. Whatever, I'm not interested in hoes with bitchy behaviour anyway," he spat, while I just stared at him, mouth wide open in shock. The disrespect, throwing a drink onto me, calling me a hoe and a bitch for saying no...
"Yo, fuck off. Your insults are giving small dick energy. Go and annoy someone else with your small ego," I heard Olivia saying beside me. I shot her a thankful smile.
"And who are you?" He asked while side-eyeing her.
"That is none of your business, but I am telling you to leave my friend alone so you better listen," she spoke, with a noticeable level of distaste in her voice. He rolled his eyes before standing up to walk away. While doing so he purposefully bumped into Olivia."Are you okay?" She asked me immediately, her eyes scanning my entire body,
"Come to the bathroom with me. I'll try to get the stain out of your dress," she smiled lightly while offering me her hand.I accepted it and she pulled me up. She was strong, so strong that I almost stumbled and fell onto her, after having been raised to my feet. I smiled awkwardly, while a faint blush was starting to form on my cheeks. She continued holding my hand to pull me through the crowd towards the bathroom.
