Natasha drove as fast as she could without breaking the speed limit to get to the docs. She was running late because her parents kept her at the house longer than she would have liked. Why her friends decided to travel by boat she didn't know, but it was easier than picking them up at the airport.

When she got out of the car, she could hear Hill and Laura arguing. Natasha let out a small chuckle as she imagined Clint rolling his eyes and trying not to say anything. Most likely he had turned his hearing aid off the entire ride over just to drown out the noise.

Natasha met Clint and Laura Barton, and Maria Hill at S.H.I.E.L.D., when she was still under Nick Fury's thumb and they became her second family. After a few months Clint became Natasha's permanent partner at work until he retired. Laura and Clint lived in Russia, but only stayed until their oldest kid went to college. Clint went back and forth for a few months until he decided to retire to stay home with Laura and their kids. Hill and Fury would come by the Russian base regularly, but never stayed long.

Once all three where off the boat and in view, Natasha called out, "Look what the tide washed in!"

Hill and Laura stopped bickering and Clint looked towards her. The three women gave giant smiles as they ran towards each other and met in the middle for a group hug.

"Barton, get in here!" Natasha yelled out.

"I'm coming," Clint grumbled playfully and joined the hug. "Good to see you, Nat."

They parted and Laura said, "I can't believe Becca's getting married."

"I've tried to not think about it," Natasha replied with humor in her voice.

The truth was, she wasn't ready for her daughter to get married. Becs was only 20-years-old and had her entire life ahead of her. While Natasha loved Rick like a son, she thought they were both too young and needed time to grow a little. But Rick worshipped the ground Becs walked on and it was clear to everyone how much she loved him. Whether it was now or later, they were always going to get married.

Hill broke Natasha out of her thoughts by saying, "It's too cold here!"

"You're here every other month," Natasha exclaimed.

"And every other month, it's always too cold!"

"Alright, let's get you guys to my house. We have plenty of room and heat."

"We don't want to put you out," Laura said. "We can stay in a hotel."

"You're not putting me out," Natasha reassured her. "Becs is staying in a hotel for a few days until the wedding because she wanted to be closer to her bridal party, and Yelena just got an apartment. Be glad it's the spare rooms in the house and not the one above the pig farmhouse."

Hill shuddered at that, and Clint said, "That was the worse sleep I have ever had."

When they got to the house, Becs ran out of the house and to the car yelling out, "Uncle Clint, Aunt Laura, Aunt Hill!"

The three hugged her and commented on how exciting this all was. All Natasha could focus on was how happy her daughter was.

"Hey fam," a familiar voice yelled out.

Natasha turned her attention to Rick, who was running up to the car. The 20-year-old boy was all smiles. Becs beamed when she saw him and the two met in an embrace that made Clint yell out, "Save it for the honeymoon! You've got three days until the wedding."

It was a simple hug and peck, but to Clint, who was a father of three and always saw Becs as his niece, the engaged couple might as well have been making out. Laura swatted her husband's arm and shook her head in amusement.

"Sorry, Uncle Clint," Becs said.

"Sorry kid, it's just... every time I see you, you're still that two-year-old girl asking me for a piggyback ride."

"You're still going to be our flower man, right?"

"Wouldn't miss it," he told her with a smile.

Hill tried unsuccessfully to hide a laugh as she said, "I can't believe you're the flower man."

"Hey, I will be a great flower man!"

Clint grabbed two of the bags and Natasha shook her head, amused by her friends' bantering.

Rick spoke up as he helped with the other bags, "We really appreciate you all being here. My family can't make it, so it means so much that you could."

Natasha side hugged her future son-in-law, giving him the reassurance he needed.

Rick's family had moved back to the U.S. after he graduated high school to be with his grandparents. None of them could make it to the wedding because his grandparents wouldn't be able to fly out due to their health, and his parents needed to stay with them. Rick promised his family that he and Becs would have an American ceremony in the next month so his family could be there.

Natasha grabbed the last bag and flung it over her shoulder. She locked the car then asked her friends, "Why did you take a boat here?"

"It's cheaper," Laura called out. "Blame Clint."

"It made me seasick," Hill retorted.

"I gave you a bag for that," Laura said. "But, no! Instead you locked yourself in mine and Clint's bathroom."

Natasha shook her head in amusement watching her friends argue. The group had always been like this and Natasha was going to take in every second until they had to go home.

When the gang was unpacked, Becs and Rick went to spend some time together, Clint stayed upstairs to sleep, while Hill and Laura were downstairs catching up with Natasha.

"So, how are you really," Laura asked Natasha.

"I'm okay, considering she's only 20," Natasha answered.

"Nat," Laura pushed. "I have three grown kids. What is it really?"

"Letting go," Natasha admitted for the first time. "For so long it's just been us. Yes, I had help especially from my sister and parents, but... We've always had that bond and she's growing up so fast. Once she and Rick get married, she's moving in with him and I know I'll see her at work, but it's hard. Right now, I'm trying to make sure she has a beautiful wedding."

"Speaking of the wedding," Hill said." Fury will be here the day before the ceremony."

"Becs will be happy to see him," Natasha said.

"He is one proud honorary grandpa."

Natasha chuckled and shook her head. She missed her found family, but she loved it in Russia. Yelena, Melina and Alexei were here, and they had gotten to watch Becs grow up since she was four.

"What about your love life," Laura asked.

"Still nonexistent," Natasha answered.

"Who do I need to beat up," Hill asked in a half serious, half joking manner.

Natasha laughed as she answered, "No one. I just haven't had time to date between Becs and work."

"You know there's a lawyer named Matt Murdock representing S.H.I.E.L.D.," Hill started.

"No," Natasha interrupted. "Last time you set me up he ran at the word 'daughter.'"

"Wasn't that when Becca was five," Laura asked.

"Yep. Then Hill beat him up."

"Darn right I did," Hill said with a proud smirk.

"I'm fine without a guy right now, really," Natasha reassured her friends.

"Alright," Hill surrendered.

Natasha changed the topic by asking, "Vodka anyone?"

Both women's hands went up in excitement and Natasha went to get the alcohol and shot glasses.

The spy may have gotten pregnant at 24, but she wouldn't trade her life for anything.
