My back hits the floor as the Walker crawls on top off me. I let out a fearful scream not having any weapons on me to defend myself.
"Help! Please I can't- ughh" A cross bow goes through the walkers head making it fall on me. I push it off crawling away as more come out of the cell. The crossbow man reaches his hand out to me as I take it. "Are you alright? Get behind me"
A nod is all I can do. The whole cell block is covered in walkers as more and more screams and gunshots are heard.
Wait- Lizzy and Mika!
I try to make a run for it before the crossbow man grabs my arm. "Where the hell do you think you're going! You're gonna get your self kill'd." His grip is really strong.
"My siblings! I cant leave them please!"
He looks at Rick's direction sending him a nod to which he understand. He got down to my level. "Look at me, it is dangerous, Rick will check up on them to make sure they are safe okay?"
I nod.
He stabs another walker sneaking up behind me. He opens an empty cell and leads me to it. "I want you to stay in here and do not leave until I open it okay?"
I look at him with fear
"Okay?!"
I nods making my way into the cell and find the corner. The doors shut as my back slide against the wall onto the ground. I close my ears trying to block out the screaming.
Please let my dad and sisters be okay. Please. ————————————————————————— After what felt like forever my cell door opens. The crossbow man looks down at me. "I'm Daryl."
I can't help the smile coming out of face. "Valerie" I feel relief everyone is okay. I don't know what I'd do if t-
"Valerie.. carols calling you." Said Daryl.
"What? Is my sister's okay?"
"I'm sorry"
I don't respond back before I run past him up the cell to find my siblings and dad.
"Lizzy!"
"Mika!"
"Where are you guys!"
I see carol look at me with gentle eyes. No. I've seen this look before. And I hated the ending. I step inside the cell finding my dad on the bed. No. No god please no.
"Daddy?" The words come out as a whisper as he looks at me taking my hand. "I need you to look after your siblings okay" I stay frozen. I can't move. Every possible muscle is stuck. Please be dreaming.
