Y/N POV
It was 7 a.m., and Mochi was barking and lacking my face. This was his way of waking me up. I got out of bed and did my morning routine and put food and water for Mochi, then made breakfast for myself.
It was the weekend,so I wasn't really in a rush. I also decided to stay home because I wasn't in the mood to do anything.
And that's when I remembered... I wanted to talk to Jungkook today. I decided to go to his place at 3 pm and started thinking of what to say to him.
We haven't spoken in a while, so I'm kinda nervous,which is really weird. I've never confessed to anyone. What will I even say to him??
Should I take ideas from the Kdramas I've watched? No,it'll just be weird. I'll just go with the flow then.
*7 hours later (2pm)
It was now 2 pm. I couldn't wait any longer. I took my bag and headed for the door. I went out and saw Jungkook sitting on the floor of my porch leaning against the wall.
He looked really weak. He didn't come to school on Thursday and Friday. Tae told me he wasn't feeling well,so I guess he hasn't recovered yet.
I helped him stand up, and we went back inside my house. I laid him on the bed in the guest room and checked his temperature. He has a really high fever.
I got a bowl of cold water and a cloth. I placed the cloth on his forehead and then decided to make him samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup)
I wanted to leave the room, but he held my hand. I looked at him.
Y/N:Jungkook, I'm going to make you something to eat,so leave my hand.
Jungkook:Please don't go
Y/N:But I have to make you food. You're really weak right now,and you need to eat
Jungkook:Just stay for a while... please
I sighed and sat beside him,then he removed the cloth from his forehead and put his head on my lap.
Jungkook:I'm sorry
Y/N:Let's not talk about this for now
Jungkook:But when will we talk about it if you keep ignoring me
Y/N:Jungkook-
Jungkook:You're mad at me,and I completely understand. I should've trusted you,I'm really sorry, Y/N. I don't want us to be apart anymore. I miss you so fucking much.
He looked at me with teary eyes and I felt really bad. I don't like seeing him like this.
Y/N:Jungkook,please don't cry,your fever will get worse
Jungkook:I can't help it
I cupped his face and looked at him
Y/N:Don't think about this too much, okay? I...I forgive you. Just don't... do just a mistake again, okay
He sat up straight and hugged me
Jungkook:I love you muffin,so fucking much
I was really shocked when he said that. I mean Tae did tell me that he liked me,but it felt so good hearing it from him.
I hugged him back tightly
Y/N:I love you too Kook
He broke the hug and looked at me surprised
Jungkook:Are you serious??
I chuckled and nodded. He then pouted and looked at me sadly
Jungkook:How could you ignore someone you love?
Y/N:You did it first,moron!
He chuckled and hugged me again.
Y/N:But why were you sitting outside though?
He broke the hug and started fidgeting with his fingers
Jungkook:I wanted to talk to you,but I knew you wouldn't wanna see me,so I decided to leave,but then I felt really dizzy and sat down. I felt like I would pass out at any moment. Then you opened the door.
Y/N:Unbelievable,why would you even go out when you're this sick anyway,what if you were feeling like this while driving?? I don't even want to imagine what would happen
Jungkook:Sorry Y/N
I sighed
Y/N:I'll go make you food,now lay down and rest
He did as I said and I went to the kitchen to make the chicken soup. After I was done,i went back to the room and saw Mochi on Jungkook's lap chewing his chew-toy
I sat next to him and gave him the bowl and he looked at me
Y/N:What?
Jungkook:Please feed me
Y/N:Seriously??
He just nodded innocently and I sighed then took the bowl from him. I started feeding him and he looked adorable,like a toddler. After feeding him,I went to my room to get medication for him
Y/N:Here,have this
He drank the pills and looked at me again,but thiss time he looked nervous.
Y/N:You wanna say something?
Jungkook:Can I... stay with you for a while?
Y/N:Sure,how long?
Jungkook:3 weeks
He smiled and I chuckled
Y/N:Fine,give me your house keys so I can pack clothes for you.
He gave me the keys, then I went to his place and packed his clothes and toiletries. I came back 20 minutes later and found him sitting on the couch eating chips while watching TV
Jungkook:You're finally back
Y/N:I didn't even take that long,and why aren't you resting??
I grabbed the chips from him
Jungkook:I got bored... give those back!
Y/N:No! You can't eat junk when you're sick,now go back to the room!
He sulked and went back then I followed him with the suitcase I had brought.
I packed his clothes in the wardrobe and put his toiletries in the bathroom
Jungkook:Thanks, muffin
Y/N:You're welcome. Now sleep,you have to rest.
Jungkook:I'll only sleep if you're next to me.
I sighed and laid next to him. He pulled me closer and made me lay my head on his chest.
Jungkook:I love you
I smiled widely
Y/N:I love you more
We stayed in silence for a while, and he fell asleep. I decided to take a nap, too.
