At the guest hall
"Greeting grandmaster lan Qiren" Jiang Cheng and Jin ling said with a bowing gesture.
"Mn..how are you sect leader Jiang?" Lan Qiren asked acknowledging their gesture.
"Everything is going well and maintained..we will soon be holding a WATER HUNT ..."
"That's good..but within few months there will be The Wild Archery Compitition which happens after every 40 years...i think you know that"
"Yes grandmaster...I got the invitation "
"Sect leader Jiang..w..when you arrived " lan Xichen came inside and greet him.
"Ah.. just..just now" Jiang Cheng smiled and greet back.
"Greeting Zewu-jun "Jin ling said.
"Jin ling you can go meet A-yuan and others" lan Xichen told him.
Jin ling smiled and left the hall.
"Sorry sect leader Jiang..I have some unfinished work to do... Xichen look after the guest" lan Qiren said and left the hall.
*Badump badump* Jiang Cheng heart started racing like crazy..as lan Xichen step forward
"(Shit what is wrong with my heart.. Jiang Cheng calm down!!!)" Jiang Cheng screamed in his mind.
"(My my ..my legs are trembling..I asked Wanji how to confess but I don't think my mouth will utter a single word ಠ﹏ಠ)" Lan Xichen was just one step away from Jiang Cheng.
"ZEWU-JUN..I..LIKEYOU" Jiang Cheng yelled in one go loosing his control..

"...." Xichen was dumbfounded... wasn't I suppose to confess first?
"(Shit Jiang Cheng are you crazy what did you just sprout!!!)" Jiang Cheng was angry on himself that he spoke without thinking.
"I am really sorry Zewu-jun.. forget what I told you" Jiang Cheng spoke again feeling guilty.
"I thought I would say it first..."
"Well nevermind..WHATTT!!!" Jiang Cheng speak so loudly that wei ying brag inside the hall.
"Jiang Cheng...are you okay???" Wei Ying asked worried.
"Wei wuxian!! You damn guy why do you have to enter inside while I was just confessing..." Jiang Cheng shut his mouth as he almost said everything.
"What!! Jiang Cheng... confessing to brother Xichen..are you drunk??.. how could brother like you at all and also he is the sect leader.." wei ying spoke causing disruption in Jiang Cheng mind.
"I..i just said what I felt..i am really sorry Zewu-jun" Jiang Cheng was at verge of crying.
"Brother Xichen i know you well..you don't like Jiang Cheng..i know that..even Lan zhan knows it .. right lan zhan?"
"Mn" lan zhan responded.
Haha this two were so mischievous..they both knew that lan Xichen like Jiang Cheng yet they lied ...
(well lan zhan didn't 😁)
It's just that wei ying wanted Xichen to confess everything as he knows how secretive and good at hiding feelings..the Lans are.
"No Jiang Cheng..i like you a lot...no i love you... I don't know when it happened but whenever I see you my heart pounds like crazy...my throat dries up and my legs tremble at the sight of your beauty (he means handsome)... I can't believe that how I never felt like this before...we were so together but never close.. maybe I was too busy for the mess around me that my eyes never tried to glance at you...but now I feel like I can't wait anymore... Jiang Cheng will you be my partner?" Lan Xichen spoke everything that was inside his soul.
"Sniff..you...i thought you will hate me...i was scared that I will be heartbroken and will die being alone" the pearl drop finally fell along with the heavy burden that Jiang Cheng was holding.
"A-cheng ... don't cry" lan Xichen panicked and embrace him in his warmth.
Seeing the fresh couple both Lan zhan and wei ying went outside giving them some space.
"I am not crying...what do think I am a kid?" Jiang Cheng spoke bringing his cool face again...he was so embarassed.
Lan Xichen chuckle and hug him again.
"So the answer??"
" Yes...I was the one who confess first.. how can I even reject you" Jiang Cheng said loving the warmth.
"A-cheng.."
"Wha..what are you calling me! It's too embarassing"
" I want to call you A-cheng..let me please"
Jiang Cheng was blushing so much that he just noded. After knowing each other feeling they felt so happy..now they need some fresh air ( hey don't go that way.. they just want to meet wei ying and lan zhan)
