Aarohi's heart raced with excitement as she walked through the grand glass doors of Singhania Industries, one of the largest fashion conglomerates in India. The building exuded elegance and power, just like its founder, Mrs. Pranali Rai Singhania, a self-made businesswoman Aarohi had admired for years. Growing up, Aarohi had followed Pranali's rise in the fashion world, drawing inspiration from her resilience, creativity, and determination. Now, she was finally a part of that world.

Today was her first day at the company she had long dreamed of working for.

Inside the office, the energy was palpable. People hurried about, focused and determined, and Aarohi could feel the pulse of creativity and ambition all around her. As she settled into her new role, it became clear that this was no ordinary workplace. Everyone was abuzz, talking about the Singhania family, particularly Mrs. Pranali.

Colleague 1 (whispering to another):
"Did you hear? Mrs. Singhania won't be in the office today."

Colleague 2 (surprised):
"Why? She never misses work."

Colleague 1:
"Her son is returning from the U.S. after 8 years. Big deal, I guess. She's cleared her entire schedule for him."

Aarohi overheard the conversation, her heart sinking slightly. She had been looking forward to meeting Mrs. Pranali Rai Singhania. She had admired her for as long as she could remember, ever since she was a little girl watching fashion shows with her mother, dreaming of one day working for her idol.

Aarohi (thinking to herself):
"So close, yet so far. Maybe tomorrow..."

Afternoon at the Office

As the day progressed, Aarohi found herself lost in her work. The design team was welcoming, but the pressure was evident. Projects moved fast, deadlines were tight, and there was little room for error. Samaira, her best friend and now colleague, had been by her side throughout the day, making the first-day chaos more bearable.

Samaira (stretching in her chair):
"Yaar, aaj toh thak gaye! It's already 5 PM. Chal, ab band kar. Let's head home."

Aarohi (smiling, but still buzzing with energy):
"Haan yaar, thak toh gayi hoon, but I have to say, I loved every second of today. It felt so real. The projects, the team... but I wish I could've met Pranali ma'am."

Samaira (teasing):
"Koi nahi, Aaru. You'll meet her tomorrow. Suna hai unka beta wapas aaya hai. Aur sun... meine yeh bhi suna hai ke woh bohot hot hai."

Samaira wiggled her eyebrows mischievously, making Aarohi roll her eyes.

Aarohi (laughing, shaking her head):
"Chup kar, Samaira! Tujhe toh bas aise hi baatein karni hoti hain. Chal, ab ghar chalte hain."

They packed their bags, ready to leave the office. Outside, the winter air was crisp and biting, a thick fog already covering the city streets.

The Ride Home

Samaira started her scooty, and Aarohi climbed on the back, wrapping her scarf tightly around her neck as the cold air brushed against her face.

Aarohi (smiling):
"Chal, Samaira. Let's go. I can't wait to get home, have a hot cup of chai, and just relax."

The roads were quiet, the fog so thick it felt like they were riding through clouds. The streetlights barely pierced the mist, casting an eerie glow over the dark streets. As they rode, Aarohi's mind wandered back to the office—the excitement of her first day, the thrill of finally working at Singhania Industries, and the anticipation of meeting Pranali Rai Singhania. Tomorrow, she thought, tomorrow I'll meet her.

Suddenly, Samaira's voice interrupted her thoughts.

Samaira (grinning):
"You know, Aaru, we've both landed our dream jobs. Bas ab tu jaldi se famous designer ban ja, aur mujhe mat bhoolna."
