"Pack your bag are you ready we're going to the lake downtown" said Daniel. "Yeah yeah I'm ready" said Jaden. *honk honk* "Our Taxi is here" said Daniel. On the first day of Christmas my true love gave to me a partridge in a pear tree.
"On the second day of Christmas my true love gave to me two turtle doves, and a partridge in a pear tree." Said Jaden. *they were singing carols while ice skating*. *a hour later* "that was fun" said Daniel. "I know right" replied Jaden. "Well time to go home and take a nap there's a long day ahead of us" Jaden spoke.
As they hopped into the taxi, Daniel adjusted his glasses, squinting slightly. "So, what's on the agenda for tomorrow?"
Jaden smiled, knowing how much Daniel relied on him for navigation. "How about some hot cocoa and a movie marathon? We can sing more carols too!"
The taxi jolted to a stop, and they stepped out into the brisk air, snow crunching underfoot. Inside their cozy apartment, they quickly settled onto the couch, wrapped in a soft blanket.
"Let's start with the classics," Jaden suggested, scrolling through the streaming options. "How about 'Home Alone'?"
Daniel nodded, reaching for the popcorn. "Perfect choice. Just don't let me burn my fingers this time!"
Jaden laughed. "You mean like the time you tried to grab the cookies fresh out of the oven?"
"Okay, that was a mistake," Daniel chuckled, leaning back against the couch. "But you're right, I should let you handle the hot stuff."
As the movie played, Jaden leaned his head on Daniel's shoulder, enjoying the warmth of the moment. "Do you remember our first Christmas together?" he asked, glancing up at him.
"Of course! You got me that awful sweater," Daniel laughed, recalling the bright red knit with reindeer.
"And you wore it proudly!" Jaden teased.
"Okay, maybe a little," Daniel said with a smirk.
After the credits rolled, Jaden turned serious. "I love that we make our own traditions, especially during the Christmas season."
"Me too," Daniel replied softly, his expression warm. "Let's create even more this year."
"Agreed," Jaden said, feeling a swell of affection. "Next up, hot cocoa and cookies?"
Daniel grinned, standing up carefully. "Lead the way, my trusty guide!"
In the kitchen, they began preparing the cocoa, the sweet scent of baking cookies filling the air. Jaden helped Daniel measure the ingredients, guiding his hands gently.
As they sang carols, their voices blended together, filled with joy and love. The evening passed in a delightful mix of laughter, sweet treats, and shared moments, the warmth of their bond brightening the chilly holiday season.
