Klance: The Swan Prince

Chapter 4

Somewhere in an abandoned kingdom, Lotor has Allura chained up to him as his assistant Romelle feeds bread crumbs to a swan-shaped Lance as Allura yells "Change my brother back or else, Lotor" Lotor smirks "Now don't let my little spell make you sad, Allura. It doesn't even last the whole day" Allura asks "Why?" Lotor replies "As soon as the mon comes up" the moon rises as it glows around his body. There, he began to glow himself as he closed his eyes and Allura watches a bunch of water covering the swan as it glowed in shades of pink, yellow and teal and when the water died down, she sees her brother standing by the lake as they hug and Lotor says "And that's how it works every night. Your brother has to be on the lake, of course. Now look, you two, this sort of thing doesn't give me any pleasure. Well, maybe a teensy bit, but what I really want is your father's kingdom" 

Lance glares "Take it then. You have enough power" Lotor says "No, tried that already. Mother always said once you steal something, you spend your whole life fighting to keep it. But if I marry the two heirs to the throne, we'll rule your father's kingdom together, legally. King and Queens, you know" Lance shouts "Never" and when he runs, Lotor smirks "Where are you going? As soon as moonlight leaves the lake, you'll turn back into a swan. No matter where you are" Lance runs towards Allura and embrace each other as Lance sobs and Allura glares "You're a monster" Lotor pulls Allura away from Lance, throws her to her cell and says "Until I have further use for you, you'll remain in the cell where there is nothing you can do to help your brother" and when he leaves, Allura growls "I will find a way, Lotor. Just you wait"

Meanwhile, in Krolia's Kingdom, Shiro, Keith, Hunk and Pidge are now practicing archery as Shiro pours orange paint into Keith's quill of arrows and says "Coran and Matt aren't happy about this" Keith agrees "I know but I have to practice" Pidge says "Oh no complaints here. I think it's gonna be loads of fun" Keith says "The Great Animal's never gonna give him up without a fight" Hunk asks "You're not serious about him still being alive, are you?" Keith replies "When I find the Great Animal, Hunk, I'll find Lance" Shiro sighs "Keith, you've looked everywhere. He's not coming back" Pidge agrees "Shiro's right, your mom knows that, we know that even the whole kingdom knows that" Keith retorts "The whole kingdom's wrong, Pidge. Lance is alive and I'm gonna find him" Hunk and Pidge say "Whatever" 

Shiro says "Animals, assemble" Coran argues "Prince Shiro, I must object. I am the royal adivisor" Shiro retorts "The servants have the day off, we had to use someone Coran" Matt retorts "But I'm the footman, not a boar" Shiro mumbles "Could've fooled me" Keith laughs "Come on Coran, they're harmless" Coran puts on his rabbit costume, Matt puts on his boar costume, Plahcu puts on his fox costume, Platt puts on his elephant costume, Chulatt puts on his bear costume and whines "It's more than I can bear" Chuchule puts on her lion costume and agrees "And I've the lion's share" James puts on his duck costume, Kinkade puts on his stork costume while Rizavi and Leifsdottir put on their moose costume

Shiro says "Down on all fours, please and growl ferioucly" Coran and the musicians do nothing as Shiro yells "Liven it up a bit! I want you to strike in my heart" Coran roars like a lion and Shiro sighs "Not you Coran, you're a rabbit, for heaven's sake" and says "Archers, ready...set...go" Pidge starts shooting very sharp with green paint as Keith faces Matt, Platt, Chulatt who are hiding behind the hedge and says "All right Griffin, put down the bill and no one gets hurt" James scoffs "You said that last time, Keith and then you hurt me" Keith says "Yeah but less than I would've" James laughs "Yeah, right" Keith shoots his arrow as Matt cries "Duck" Matt, Platt and Chulatt hide as James gets up and says "Yes?" Keith's arrow hits him

Meanwhile, Hunk tries to shoot Coran to get some points but fails as Coran avoids every blow but Keith and Pidge shoot perfectly as Pidge yells "Keith, there they are" Keith sees Matt, Platt and Chulatt and when he shoots his arrow, Chulatt cries "Duck" they hide and James asks "What?" the arrow hits him, James asks "Should've dropped the bill?" Keith replies "Should've dropped the bill" the shooting continues as Krolia watches with her friends as one of them asks "I say Your Majesty, your son is quite the athlete, but must he practice day after day?" Krolia replies "Ever since Princess Allura and Prince Lance disappeared, Keith's been thinking of him and the way that it was and is not happy until Coran, Matt and the musicians are attacked. Of course if they'd refused, I would've sacked them" another friend says "Well, clearly your son is quite the marksmen. I always assumed he was more of a swordsman" another friend agrees "The small one seems a lot more experienced for archery" another friend agrees "I didn't think she'd be up to the task already" another friend says "Oh look, the chubby one is trying to shoot the rabbit" another friend agrees "Let's see how well he does when he gets it"

Shiro looks at the time and says "Twelve seconds" the trio keeps shooting as Shiro says "Five seconds" and when Keith shoots Coran, Shiro yells "TIME" and says "Animals, assemble for counting" Coran, Matt and the musicians line up while looking very tired as Shiro says "Well Keith, you and Pidge scored a lot of five pointers that's for sure" Pidge says "Sorry James, why don't you take a few days off?" Shiro says "Moose are worth two points. Sixteen hits, a total of thirty-two. Ten seven pointers and fourteen three pointers. With a total of 298. Guess you're both tied. Now Hunk, to you. Zero, nada, goose egg, nothing, nill and zip"

But nobody noticed that Hunk, determined to beat Pidge, bopped Coran on both shoulders and the top of his head and when Shiro says "And last but not least, Coran the elusive 100 point white rabbit" Shiro sees Coran covered in blue paint as Hunk smirks "I believe it's 300, Shiro" Pidge scoffs "Good shooting, Hunk" Keith smirks "But wait just a moment there" Keith gestures Coran to turn around and when Coran does so, Keith lifts up the tail revealing red paint on Coran's coccyx causing Pidge to laugh, Hunk to blush in embarassment and Keith chuckles "Sorry, Hunk"
