TODAY WASsupposed to be a normal day on set. At least, as normal as things ever get when you're working with Mason Thames. We had a big scene to shoot — one of the most important moments in the movie. You know, the heartfelt, emotional part where everything comes together, and of course, I'm supposed to look deeply into his eyes like he's my one true love. Except, that's pretty hard to do when your co-star happens to be your best friend and your favorite person to annoy.
We were standing by the lake, waiting for the director to call action, when Mason nudged me with his shoulder. "You nervous?" he asked with a mischievous grin.
I rolled my eyes. "About this scene? Not at all. But if you keep looking at me like that, I might throw you into the lake."
"Oh, really?" He raised an eyebrow, clearly challenging me. "I'd like to see you try."
I smirked. "Don't tempt me."
We were supposed to be prepping for the big romantic scene, but instead, Mason was busy trying to throw off my focus. He started making ridiculous faces, crossing his eyes and puckering his lips in an exaggerated way, causing me to burst out laughing.
