Vanilla? Boring.
Confetti? Heck yeah!
DYLAN AND Iare roaming the grocery store aisles like we're on some sort of secret mission, but it's really just for snacks and cake mix. We've got our bodyguard trailing behind us, looking like he's babysitting two overgrown toddlers. The challenge is simple: get Dino nuggets, fries, and everything for a cake challenge for the sleepover. Our friends—okay, technically My friends—Mason, Mikayla, and Arianna, are coming over. The key word being my friends since Dylan barely hangs out with them.
"You sure we need all this cake mix?" Dylan asks boredly, acting like a literal child while steering the cart like he's in Fast & Furious.
"Yes, Dylan, we need options. People have taste buds," I reply matter of fact, rolling my eyes. "Just grab the one with the confetti in it."
He speeds the cart up, swerving slightly. "Look, if you don't hurry up, I'm getting the chocolate one, even though Mason hates chocolate."
I glare at him. "You wouldn't dare."
But he would. He smirks and suddenly drives the cart right into me. BAM!The front slams into my side, knocking the carton of eggs I'm holding out of my hands.
