The way it is remembered is that a single bolt of lightning exploded from the skies and struck the boy, vaporizing him instantly. That's what Hippolyta told the amazons, but in truth, even she did not know what had really happened.

In her grief, Hippolyta called upon Zeus himself for answers, but his answer was not one that the Queen received well.

Zeus denied part in the boy's disappearance, claiming no fault of his own and instead placing all the blame on Hippolyta herself.

Hippolyta snapped at Zeus and, in her anger, struck the father of Olympus.

Normally, Zeus would have responded with the wrath of the skies, but instead, Zeus made a decree. David was supposed to be his champion against his enemies and his general to lead his armies and now he was gone, where he had gone to, he knew not, nor did he care, or so he told Hippolyta.

Zeus cut off all contact with Hipployta, his last moment with her was insulting her at being a failure as a mother and was willing to kill David if it weren't for that bolt of lighting. Because now, Hippolyta was broken and depress till she made a child out of clay that was blessed by the gods, a daughter like she always wanted...A daughter she called, Diana

--------------------

Truthfully, however, David was not dead. In that moment, when David was struck by the lightning, he was teleported, snatched away by Zeus. Taken to a place that would ensure Zeus's plan to make David his ultimate demigod

Zeus did not see in the boy the traits he was looking for in David in his days in Themyscira. He did not see someone to put the fear of God in Darkseid or his other foes. Or bring respect and loyalty to his allies. His time with the Amazon General Antiope had ensured that his nature was the furthest thing from a God-Champion.

Zeus had plans.

David traveled through the depths of space in that single bolt of Lightning for days, and now finally on a planet so very far away, a feudal world known only as Caliban

The universe has been divided into tow

David:" W-Where am I!?"

The forest felt different...Dangerous, twisted, and evil lurking inside of it unlike the forests in Themyscira, they felt peaceful and quit, a long place were you can rest without worrying about he dangers in them. It's was a drastic change, he felt watch as if a predator was already got his mark on him and was readying to strike.

And he was right...

A black lion jumped out of the bushes and jumped down at David swinging its massive metallic claws down at the boy and roared violently.

David quickly leaped forward dodging the attack which sliced a rock that David was behind into pieces and quickly got on the back of the massive black lion and he wrapped his arms around the lion's neck placing it into a chokehold.

The lion began violently shaking and smashing itself onto bushes, trees, and rocks to shake off David but the boy did not budge and continued to strangle the lion into submission.

David:" Die you savage beast!"

David added more pressure and strength onto his grip and seconds later he heard a snapping noise and the roars of the ramping lion stopped.

David had snapped the neck of the lion and now the beast lay lifeless on the ground.

David jumped off the lion's lifeless body and couldn't resist to take a bite out of it, however when he tried his teeth didn't even a mark as the lion's fur was impenetrable...David growled angrily but turned his attention to lion's claw then at the stone it cut into pieces and had the bright idea to use this savage lion's claws to his advantage.
