"Hello, helloo Jayden you there." A young boy spoke through the phone.
"Uh hey, yeah I'm here"
"Where are you? Are you with Evelyn? Your late to school" Noah frantically yelled. You could hear the stress through the phone. "Calm down Noah, Evelyn is with me. We're with Christian and Alissa."
We thought that would calm Noah down but it only made him stress more "Did you stay at that abandoned house again, I told you it's not safe there. You need to get to school before mom finds out your not at school you know how she is-" Jayden cut off Noah's rambling "okay Noah. Where coming to school we will be 10 minutes, I'm gonna go now." "but-" Jayden cut Noah off.
"Not to stress anyone out but how are we gonna get to school? Not to mention we don't know where the school is" Christian said crossing his arms over his chest. Jayden smirked dangled car keys on the tip of fingers flaunting them to Christian. "Since when did you have them?"
"Found them when I was checking my pockets"
" and you didn't think to TELL US" Christian shouted while waving his finger at us. Jayden just simply shrugged at him. "Okay let's stop wasting time and go" Alissa butted in, grabbing Christian's hand and dragging him out the house with her, me and Jayden following shortly after.
We walked across the side road trying the car-keys on all the cars we saw until suddenly the lights of a black convertible bmw lit up, it was nice car. Jayden's parents have a lot of money. Jayden hoped into the drivers seat, turning the car on, he nodded to the passenger seat for me to sit. I opened the door and got in sitting on the leather seat, Alissa got into the back seat soon after I got in with christian scuttling in after her.
Christian found backpacks in the back passing them out based on who's name was on the notebooks in the backpack. One off the textbooks having a high school name in the corner. "Here I think that's the school we go to" Christian says handing it to Jayden to put the location in the sat nav. "Cheers" was all he said as he drove off.
Jayden pulled into a school parking lot. All of us getting out. "We missed 1st period" Alissa said while we was all walking the corridors looking for our class. we found that we had a table of our classes on a piece of paper we found in the back packs. We all had period 2 together. "It's this one" Alissa said pointing to a class room. We all took a deep breath and walked in. Everyone turned to look at us the teacher being the last to look our way "your late. Sit down" the teacher says clearly fed up. "sorry we're late sir- uh mrs we're sorry mrs" Christian says earning a unhappy look from the teacher. Alissa elbows Christian in the stomach as she passes him to sit in her seat. The rest off us hurrying sit down to avoid any more awkward stares.
