Finally the girl slowly opens her eyes and looks up at her and their eyes instantly connect. For a few seconds or so, they stay like that because for some reason they don't want to look away. Freen soon realises what she's doing and immediately breaks eye contact by looking down at her hands. That makes the girl also look away and sit up properly while clearing her throat to pretend that awkward moment didn't happen between the two of them.

Freen laughs nervously. "So....can I sit here?" She asks once more again and the girl hums in response which makes a widen smile appear on Freen's face. She sits down and puts her bag next to her desk. They both try to concentrate while looking at the front and listening to their homeroom teacher but they can't seem to stop sneaking glances at one another. Freen wants the girl to talk to her while the girl wants Freen to talk to her as well.

Freen can't take it anymore and decides to give in. "So what's your name? I'm Freen if you didn't know from earlier." She asks politely and the girl immediately furrow her eyebrows.
"Her name is Freen? Where have I heard that name before?" She mutters to herself before answering Freen with a cold but polite tone. "Rebecca." she says without taking even a slight glance at her.

Freen nods but also furrows her eyebrows. "Rebecca? I've heard that name before.." she mutters with a confused tone before shaking her head forgetting it.

Becky's POV

Since this girl has sat next to me I feel like I can't take my eyes off her. She's gorgeous, beautiful even and I just met her.
But her name lingers in my mind. Freen. That name I've heard a lot of times before. But I can't seem to figure where I've heard it from. I need to stop. She'll think I'm a creep if I continue staring at her. But... I can't help it. I mean look at her. Her boba brown eyes all the way down to her nose and then her glossy lips. She's so pretty.

Realisation hits me after saying those things in my mind. My eyes widen in disbelief and I shake my head before turning to look at the front. What the fuck did I just say? I need to get my act together before it's too late. I sigh frustratedly and thank goodness the bell goes. Everyone stands up and packs up their things including me. I quickly pack everything away. "It's nice meeting you Rebecc-" I bolt out the classroom before Freen can say anything else. I immediately walk fast through the corridor and finally spotting my friend. Irin.

I walk towards her and tapping her shoulder from behind. She turns around and jumps slightly. "Gosh Rebecca! You scared the living daylights out of me!" She scolds and I shrug in return. "And you shouldn't be so jumpy all the time." I say back and she rolls her eyes. "Anyway, why are you here early? You usually leave your homeroom late." She asks with curiosity. Well I can't tell her I ran out of the classroom like flash because I found my new partner attractive. She'll definitely tease the heck out of me. I think for a moment or two.

"What? Aren't I allowed to come out early now?" I ask defensively leaning my back against the lockers and crosses my arms. "I was just asking. Chill out." She mutters and groans in annoyance. I roll my eyes once more. "Well it's true ain't it? Maybe I want to try something different by leaving my homeroom early from now on." I continue and she frowns in annoyance looking back at her phone.
