{Uvani's POV}

"Get off me,"

a low, deep voice growled, the vibration of his words resonating through my entire being.

I clung tighter, my voice muffled and urgent.

"Please, please don't move."

The stranger's arm wrapped around me, shielding me from the crowd. But his irritation was palpable, his muscles tensed beneath my grip.

"What the hell is this nuisance?"

he muttered,I dared not respond, fearing my voice would betray me.

"Please hide me please"

"Stay away,"

he warned, his firm tone accompanied by the sound of bodyguards intervening. The crowd's murmurs receded as the stranger's entourage secured a perimeter.

"Bodyguards, make the way."

The man voice full with authority and i felt the crowd voice fading when he securely made me out of them, safe....

Security personnel rushed to contain the situation, their bright yellow vests a stark contrast to the chaos. Airport staff struggled to maintain order, their voices lost in the din.

As the chaos dissipated, I thanked the stranger heartfeltly, my words tumbling out in relief.

"Thank you so much."

Without looking who saved me i click my shoe to rush to my flight, but he grasped my wrist, halting me. His grip was firm, yet not unyielding.

"Where do you think you're going after involving me in this?"

he asked, annoyance etched in his voice. My eyes met His stormy grey eyes narrowed, scrutinizing me.

"I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to...it was my only option. Please, let me go, it's urgent."

I apologized, my words sincere and tense for anymore chaos.

His expression remained skeptical.

"Who are you? Out of all these people, you choose only me to cling to like a snail? What's your purpose?"

His accusations infuriated me.

"What are you even saying? Why would I-"

My voice trembled, low and sincere slightly irritated of the accusations but trying to understand his side too...

"I said, tell me the truth."

But his grip on my wrist tightened, cutting off my words.

Annoyance flared within me. He wasn't listening, didn't believe me. Panic already gripped my heart, my flight ticking away, and this man's relentless questioning pushed me to the edge.

"Are you crazy, Mr.? What are you so high on?"

I gasped, my composure slipping.

"This is just a coincidence, nothing more. Please, just let me go; I am sorry."

His response was swift and intimidating. He pinned my wrist behind my back with one hand and grasped my jaw with the other, forcing me to face him. I swallowed hard, my eyes locked on his.

"Listen, I know people like you,"

he growled.

"Don't try to spin this. Simply answer my question, or I'll show you what I'm capable of."

"Stop your accusations! Let me go!"
