I just ignored it and ran back to my house. When I got back to my back yard the fog had drifted into my yard. It had also gotten darker so fast. I looked around at the twisted lifeless trees in the yard, they kind of gave me the creeps. I started to walk back to my front yard then heard someone whisper my name "kaaaate". I jumped in fear, turning around to see no one, nothing but the fog. I ran to my front yard. CRASH , I looked up to see a young man probably around my dads age. " s-sorry" I studderd. "that's ok young lady, you better be heading home now." He said with not even 1 expression on his face. Kind of like a robot. I ran past him into my new house slamming the door behind me. Then taking deep breathes.' I'm really starting to miss my home now...' I thought to myself. "What's wrong Kate?" My brother looked at me worried. I thought for a min. then spoke "Hey Jake?" I looked up at him. "yeah?" he responded. "Have you noticed any of the neighbors strange behavior" I asked him curiously. " kind of , but your not going to make all our lives miserable here by telling mom how miserable YOU are ok?" He got kind of aggressive , then stormed off. I looked down, in wonder of what I should do next.....
