Damian: an unexpected romance

Chapter 4-meeting Rhea for the first time. I become part of the team.

I'm lacing up my boots and getting ready for my match against Iyo Sky when I hear the door to the women's locker room open. In walks Rhea Ripley, who I haven't had the pleasure of meeting just yet. I know who she is but we've never met in person. She's Damian's teammate. She walks right up to me and introduces herself. " Hi I'm Rhea." I shake her hand. " Hi I'm Crimson rose." I smile. " It's nice to finally meet you. Damian has told me a lot about you." She walks away. I finish lacing up my boots and leave the locker room. Surprisingly, Damian is waiting for me in the hallway. "What are you doing out here?" I ask. " I told Pearce we're dating, and I have to escort you to the ring and make you part of our team." He says. My music starts and I take Damian's hand. On my way to the ring, he whispers in my ear, "You got this, babe. I love you."  That's all the motivation I need. It's a grueling match, but I easily beat Iyo. After the three count, I turn to look at Damian and blow him a kiss. All of a sudden, Rhea comes out and hands Damian a leather jacket. "This is hers. You forgot it in the locker room." Then they both get into the ring and are handed microphones. "Crimson rose, Rhea and I have been watching you for a long time. Little do you know, we were recruiting you for our team. Adam Pearce thinks you'd be a great addition to the team. So will you join the team of terror?" Damian says. I reply, "Yes!! This is a dream come true for me!!" After I say that, Damian pulls me close to him, kisses me and runs his fingers through my hair. "I love you baby girl. Welcome to the team." It was at that moment when I knew that with him by my side, anything is possible.
