Fuck.
This was the first word that came to my mind when I saw her walking down the stairs.
Her silky chestnut brown hair cascades down her shoulders, falling just below her breasts. Big brown Bambi eyes adored with thick lashes. Her glossy heart-shaped lips curled into a small pout, making an urge stir in me to taste them.
I couldn't tear my gaze away from her even if I wanted to.
Her oversized beige sweater, with its deep V-neck, hung loosely over her frame, exuding a casual elegance. The hem just skimmed over a short, form-fitting black skirt, offering a teasing glimpse of her legs encased in sheer black tights. She completed the look with chunky black platform boots. A single strand of pearls around her neck and a simple Saint Laurent shoulder bag slung over her shoulder.
I was so busy staring at her that I forgot Mother was standing just in front of me.
"Here she is, our pretty girl," Mother mentioned, her gaze focused on the girl walking down the stairs, a knowing smile playing on her lips as she looked back at me.
Shit. She noticed me staring.
Before I know it, the goddess is standing just beside me. I don't look at her after she stood beside me, knowing Mother has noticed enough to plan my wedding with this girl in her head and I swear if I looked at her once more Mother would mention it too.
I stood there as my mother introduced her to me, but I wasn't able to focus on anything because her sweet scent was distracting me.
I swear, if I stood a bit closer to her, I would end up nuzzling my nose into her neck.
"Nathan, this pretty lady is your sister's best friend, Katherine." Mother says, gesturing her hand towards Katherine.
Every time Mother mentioned her- Katherine, she would look at me as if I had a huge crush on her. Which by the way I don't.
Mother mentions that Katherine will stay with me, in my penthouse, till they're gone.
"—I believe you'll treat her right. I know, I've raised a gentleman."
I will treat her so right she will forget her own name.
Mother addresses more about why she is going to Edinburgh and that Father is too busy so he won't be coming back any time soon. And to be honest, I'm not even surprised, he never had time for me, for any of us.
I discussed with Mother a bit more about business when I felt Katherine's eyes on me.
I bet Mother had noticed.
I say goodbye to her and turn around to notice this little girl beside me still looking up at me with her big doe eyes as If seen a man for the first time in her life.
Those pretty brown eyes.My lips curled upward into a smirk as I took a step closer, towering over her. She raised her chin to look up into my eyes. Leaning down, bringing our faces closer, I noticed her parted lips.
To taste them-
Tearing my gaze away from her lips, I quickly looked back up into her beautiful eyes.
"Take a picture, that will last long," I murmured with a smirk before backing away and disappearing into the halls.

I opened the door for her, she slid into the seat and I shut the door close. Walking over to the driver's side, I slid in.
Pushing the start button, the car roared to life and I drove off.
Now it was just me and her. Her annoyingly addictive scent filled the car and the urge in me to nuzzle my nose into her neck woke again.
She wasn't even glancing at me, she was so focused on the scenery outside the window.
The car ride went silent.

Pressing the elevator button, we waited until it showed up. I crossed my arms over my chest, waiting patiently.
Glancing over at her, I noticed she was busy chatting with someone on her phone. Her thumbs moved fast against the screen, typing to whoever she was talking to.
She must have a boyfriend. And the person she is chatting with could be him. I mean, look at her, she is straight out of heaven, an angel herself, how could no one fall for her?
I look back at the elevator only to find it open.
"Careful now, your thumbs might stuck in that position forever," I murmured, sarcasm dripping from my voice.
At least, I could get her attention. I walked into the elevator with her following the same.
Her fingers curled around the handle of her valise. Poor thing was struggling to get it into the elevator.
I could've just stood there and enjoyed watching her try her best to pull it in but being a gentleman, I stepped forward, taking hold of the valise, her hand brushing against mine as I did so, I pulled it in.
She looked over at me and murmured a quick thank you which normally no one could hear, but I, having a good capability of hearing heard it.
I pressed the 17th floor and leaned back against the mirrored wall of the elevator.
Katherine was no longer on her phone, she just stood there, looking slightly nervous for god knows what.
"Why is it taking so long?" she finally spoke something. I mean, I haven't got to properly hear her melodic voice since we left the manor.
"Do I look like a physics teacher to you?" I love getting on her nerves like I did earlier in the manor.
She turned her head back to look at me, her gaze travelled up and down my body as if checking if I actually looked like one. Her gaze dropped back to my face.
"Fortunately, you're not," she murmured, throwing a nasty look at me before turning back to her original position.
The doors of the elevators opened with a ding leaving no opportunity for me to take this little conversation between us further.
She was the first one to step out of the elevator, I followed behind, her suitcase in my hand.
"You're forgetting your stuff, princess," I called out teasingly, nodding my head towards the valise.
"I thought you were strong enough to hold it." She said, a mocking expression playing on that pretty little face of hers.
I would love to see how that face will be when I'll be f-
My thoughts were interrupted when she asked for the keys. I stepped forward, pressing my thumb against the door handle. It made a small annoying noise before opening.
One month with her.
