In the beginning, there was only the void.

A vast, endless blackness stretched across existence—silent, cold, and devoid of stars or life. It was a place where time held no meaning, and the cosmos itself lay dormant, waiting for something to stir.

Auraron was that something.

From the heart of the void, a pulse of radiant energy flickered into being—a single spark in the dark. It rippled across the emptiness, casting faint glimmers of light where none had been before. The spark grew, swelling with light and potential, until it became a radiant, living force: Auraron, the Starborn Architect. Its form was vast, shimmering with the glow of countless galaxies, its body woven from stardust and cosmic energy. Auraron gazed upon the void, and with a single thought, began to weave a world from the fabric of the universe itself.

Sonaria was born from that weave.

The planet took shape beneath Auraron's gaze, a world rich with promise. Mountains rose from the earth, rivers carved their paths, and the skies filled with swirling clouds and stars. Yet, Sonaria was incomplete—its elements were wild and untamed, unable to sustain life on their own.

Auraron knew that balance was needed, and so from its own essence, it created the Wardens—four powerful beings, each tasked with maintaining harmony over one fundamental force of the world.

The Wardens

The first to emerge was Helion, the Warden of Fire and Heat. Helion's form was sharp and angular, with deep purple scales and glowing yellow spikes that radiated heat. Its powerful body moved with precision, each step cracking the ground beneath it. Helion embodied the raw, primal energy of fire—not just as a force of destruction, but as the fuel for creation itself. Though no flames wreathed its form, it exuded intense warmth, commanding fire with control and purpose.

Next came Boreal, the Warden of the Void. Boreal's body shimmered like starlight against the blackness of space, cool and calm. It was the guardian of the skies and the stars, its presence ensuring the balance of night and day. Boreal controlled the movement of the heavens, watching over time and space as they unfolded across the cosmos.

Following Boreal was Verdant, the Warden of Life and Growth. Verdant was a creature of the earth, with tendrils of plants and vines growing from its body. Wherever it walked, life bloomed in its wake—forests sprouted, rivers flowed, and the land became fertile and rich. Verdant's task was to nurture the creatures that would soon inhabit Sonaria, maintaining the cycles of growth and decay.

Finally, Eigon emerged from the depths of the oceans. The Warden of Water and the Seas, Eigon's sleek, dark form shimmered with bioluminescent patterns, like light glowing from the abyssal depths. It commanded the tides and currents, ensuring that the oceans of Sonaria remained vast, powerful, and full of life. The waters responded to Eigon's will, shaping the coastlines and flooding the barren landscapes to bring life to the world.

Together, the four Wardens began their work, each bringing their element into balance with the others. Helion's fire brought warmth and energy, Boreal's skies ordered the stars, Verdant's touch gave rise to life, and Eigon's waters flowed across the land, sustaining everything they touched. Under their guidance, Sonaria flourished, becoming a vibrant world of harmony.

Auraron, satisfied with its creation, turned its gaze to the final phase: the creation of life. From the stardust that remained, Auraron breathed life into the first creatures, each designed to live in harmony with the elements that the Wardens governed.
