Minjeong's headphones are taken out of her ears by the one behind her.
Putting her book down, she stares at the intruder of her peace.
"Hey", the girl says to her, "you're Kim Minjeong, the new student right?"
Minjeong nods towards her, confirming her question.
The girl just smiles at her, moving and taking a seat right next to her.
"I'm Yu Jimin, you know, from the cheer team?", she hands out her hand, seemingly asking for a handshake.
Minjeong moves and shakes her hand, lasting for a short period of time.
As Jimin starts handing her earphones back, she asks another question, "What were you listening to?"
She just gives her a look, then flashes her phone screen at her, pulling it away after.
As Minjeong starts opening up her book again, she feels another tapping on her shoulder.
'What the hell does this girl want from me?' she asks herself.
She takes off her earphones again, looking at the girl in an impatient look.
"Are you free today?", the girl named Jimin asked.
'This bold girl, of course I'm not-'
"Yes I am, why?" Minjeong slaps herself mentally, forgetting that she had to finish some errands later in the day.
Jimin starts beaming at her, "Cool! Wanna join me and my friends' hangout later?"
Minjeong looks at her for a while, "Get some friends, you monkey!"
That was what Yunjin had told her when she moved schools.
"Sure", was Minjeong's reply before putting her earphones back on.
Jimin just starts smiling brightly and nods her head quickly at her.

"Let's go! They're waiting at the mall!" Jimin says as she drags the introvert through the hallways, running towards the gate.
"Can't we just take a taxi?" She asks tiredly as she tries to keep up with Jimin's pace.
"Nope!"
"Ouch!", Minjeong hits her nose on a nearby pole, stopping Jimin on her marathon.
"Shit, wait I'm so sorry", she says as she holds Minjeong's bleeding nose with her handkerchief, bringing her to sit down on a nearby bench.
Minjeong starts whimpering as Jimin starts wiping the blood flowing freely out of her nose.
"Wait, I'll call my friends first", Jimin says as she hands Minjeong the handkerchief for herself.
"Can you still come, or should I send you home?"
Minjeong looks at her, "I can still go, just give me a break for a while."
Jimin nods at her and looks away, typing something to her friends on her phone.
"I sent my friends my location, they'll be going to us instead." Minjeong hums in acknowledgement, still trying to calm her pain down.
As Minjeong is still wiping her endless flow of blood, the louder girl lets out another question.
"What's your favorite color?", she asks her.
"Ivory", Minjeong simply replies.
"What's your favorite band?" Jimin asks again.
