Sun-hee wandered the mansion's opulent halls, feeling trapped and alone. Suddenly, a door swung open, and a captivating figure emerged.
Jungkook's bright smile and warm eyes put Sun-hee at ease.
"Hi beautiful," he said, approaching her. "I'm Jungkook."
Sun-hee's hesitant smile surprised her.
"I'm Sun-hee."
As they talked, Sun-hee found herself relaxing in Jungkook's presence.
"You're not like the others," she said, her voice barely above a whisper.
Jungkook's eyes sparkled.
"Maybe I'm the exception."
Taehyung appeared, his expression serious.
"Jungkook, can I talk to you?"
Jungkook nodded, following Taehyung.
"Be careful around Sun-hee," Taehyung warned. "J-Hope's...invested."
Jungkook raised an eyebrow.
"What do you mean?"
Taehyung's voice dropped.
"He's protective, possessive. Don't get too close."
Jungkook's gaze drifted back to Sun-hee.
"I am just trying to be her friend i will not hurt her, Tae."
Taehyung's eyes narrowed.
"I'm not worried about you hurting her, Kook. I'm worried about J-Hope hurting you."
Jungkook's expression turned thoughtful.
"I'll be careful."
Meanwhile, Sun-hee observed their conversation, sensing a rift within the group.
As Jungkook returned to her side, his smile reassured her.
"Hey, let's grab some food. I know a great spot."
Sun-hee's heart skipped a beat as Jungkook offered his arm.
For the first time since her arrival, she felt a glimmer of hope.
