Jay's POV:

Us five huddled into a 'talking session group thingy-ma-bobber.'

"We're going," Kai whispered.

"Woah, woah, woah, woah," I looked at him, shocked. "Aren't you suppose to be the doubtful one?"

"It sounds fun," Cole piped in. I saw him look over his shoulder. I smirked.

"You like her," I said. Kai looked at me in shock. "You too."

"No!" Kai shouted. He realized we were trying to be quiet and lowered his voice. "No. We just have to help them. And besides, Zane is there!"

"Don't add Zane into this!" I rolled my eyes.

"Guys," Lloyd sighed. "we should go. After the nindroids, we've been doing nothing. And besides, you two do like her." Cole shook his head. But even Lloyd saw the love in their eyes.

"We're going," Cole and Kai told everyone. Eric jumped up and down like a little kid.

"Then tonight," Sensei said.

"I'm coming, too!" Nya smiled.

"No!" Everyone replied. Nya crossed her arms and pouted. She looked so cute.

"We need you to look after this place," I wrapped my arm around her. She smiled at me.

"Only for you," Nya sighed. I planted a kiss on her forehead before grabbing another cinnamon roll.

Kai's POV:

It was midnight. We were waiting at the docks with a bunch of other people. No wonder it was called 'The Tournament of Elements.' There were people that nearly cut my hair off with their abilities.

A guy swooped through the air and placed his arm on Theresa. He smirked at us. He had jet black hair that was gelled and hazel eyes. He had a triangle-shaped nose and thin lips. He looked about our age, and was wearing a navy blue sweater and matching cape. Dork.

"Drake," 'Drake' crossed his legs and levitated in the air. "Master of the skies, at your service."

"Kai," I glared at him. "I am the master at beating people out of their wits." Drake landed on the ground and took a step back. He grinned.

"The master at beating people out of their wits, huh?" Drake shook his head. "Never heard of it."

"Actually, he's the master of fire," Jay said, doing jazz hands. I elbowed him in his side, which made him groan. Drake smirked. Oh, he found that amusing? I sparked a fire into my hands and threw it at him, almost hitting him by inches. The flame fell into the water. He glared at me.

"Message received," he snarled.

"Cole," Cole smirked. "Master of Earth. Also, I am the master of awesome looks and hair."

"Actually," Drake smiled. "That's my thing." I sighed and took out a piece of paper from my pocket.

Earlier, me and Cole took a magic tea and put it on a piece of paper. It was a love potion, so technically whenever we make a good move on Theresa, we get a point. I have one, Cole has five. Once the points stopped, it was supposed to mean Theresa knew who she liked. I don't think she was into any of us yet. Yet.

"Hello, elemental masters," a man came out that looked like he was in late forties. His hair was pulled into a pony tail, and his brows were stitched together. His lips were formed into a scowl. How friendly. "We have arrived."

We all came off of the boat and onto an island. It kind of made sense, since it was called 'Chen's island,' and not 'Chen's Sunnyside Hotel.' I looked at all the people. They all looked ready to fight, and not to talk with a cup of tea. I gasped when I saw a girl with red hair that was tied into a pony tail and green eyes. She had full, red lips and flushed pink cheeks. She had on a full orange gi. My heart started to pound and I felt my face turn red.

"Uh oh," a voice came from behind me. I turned around. Of course, Cole. "Looks like you like two girls."

"No!" I turned away, but I knew he could see me blush harder.

"Yep," Cole crossed his arms and smiled. "Maybe you should just jump out of the competition against me for Theresa." I shook my head furiously.

"Not happening," I smiled and kept on walking.

"You can't like two girls."

"And why not?"

"Because, it's like cheating on the other one!"

"Nya liked you and Jay!"

"So, she got over me! Just like you should get over Theresa."

I rolled my eyes. I should've known Cole would've done this. Find a way to try to make me give up on Theresa. Sure, the girl in orange is pretty, but I didn't even know her name.

"Welcome to Chen's Island," the man sighed. He looked bored, as if he could've done anything better. He walked over to the back where Eric and Theresa was, and whispered in Eric's ear. Eric whispered the message to Theresa, and Theresa nodded, her face grave. The man then walked up to a young man with brown hair and started to talk to him. Weird.

"That was my cousin, Derek," Theresa hissed in my ear. I nodded my head to the guy with brown hair. Theresa's eyes were filled with annoyance. She obviously didn't like him.

Jack's POV:

I slowly open my eyes and squint at a bright light. Was my eyes adjusted, I saw two figures loomed over me. I look to see that my wrists were cuffed to different metal poles. I tried to pull on them, but the metal cut my skin and let them hand loosely in defeat.

"Do you think he's awake?" One of them whispered. "Or even alive?"

"Of course he is!" The other one said, exasperated. "Look, he's awake!"

I tried to squeeze my eyes shut, but one of them kicked my leg and i yelped in surprise.

"Why am I here?" I croaked. My throat felt dry, so I didn't say any more.

"Ah, you are here because of many, many reasons," one of them chuckled. "I'm Chen, and this is Clouse." I nodded. I realized my fingers felt numb, and all the power I used to have felt to slowly drain out of me.

"What did you do to me?" I whispered. Chen chuckled.

"Drained your powers!" Chen exclaimed. He beamed, as if he was waiting for me to ask this question.

"Powers? I have no powers," I said.

"Yes you do," Clouse crossed his arms.

"You, Jack, are the master of the sea," Chen smiled. That information hit me hard.

"But, I have been the captain of a ship my whole life," I whispered. "Not the master of sea."

"It's a lot to take in," Chen sighed. "We will leave you here to function and rest, then talk more tomorrow." Chen raised a chin to my lips, and I thankfully drank the fresh water. Once the cup was empty, he dropped it to my feet and walked out with Clouse.

Master of the sea? It sounded ridiculous. But as I thought about it, the more it made sense. I use to wake up in the morning with my bed drenched in salt water. Everyone said it was a leak, and moved my bed.

I let my pirate hat roll onto the floor and to my feet. Could it be?

Could I be the master of the sea?
