(Chars pov)
It was just about 3 o'clock so i decided to go get Lillie-may.I drove down too the nursery and parked up and me and Evie walked through too the Baby room and got greeted by Sorcha.
S-"Oh hiya Charlie, Hiya Evie!"
C-"Hi Sorcha how's Lillie been today?"
S-"oh yeh she's been grand as usual, how are you doing i heard ur not doing very well?"
C-"oh uh yeh yeh im doing abit better now thanks Sorcha"
S-"ah grand , Lillie your Mammys here!"
Lillie comes crawling over and reaches up for me too pick her up.
C-"hey baby girl are you okay"
Lillie just babbles away too me.
C-"well thanks Sorcha see you tomorrow"
S-"see you later bye Lillie bye Evie"
E-"bye"
L-"ba ba"
Lillie can't really talk yet she just babbles, she can say mama and ev but that's about it. I strapped Lillie into her car seat and Lilly gets into her car seat on the other side.
C-"should we go too the park girls?"
E-"YES MUMMY!"
L-"mama mama mama!"
Lillie and evie both shout out in excitement.
C-"okay then let's go too the park!"
We arrive at the park and i get the girls out of the car and hold Lillie on my Hip and Evie's hand.
L-"mama mama"
C-" yes baby"
I smile at Lillie as she tries too talk too me but just babbles.
We get too the swings and Evie jumps into a swing and i put Lillie into the baby swing next too it, pushing each of them.
Seeing the girls laugh and smile warms up my heart. It's all i want for them; for them too be happy.
We stayed at the park for about an hour before both of the girls started getting tired so i decided it would be a good time too head back too the car for the night.
I strapped Lillie in and did Evie's seatbelt for her before heading too tesco too get both the girls a small tea too eat in the car. I got Evie a warm ready meal of chicken nuggets and criss cross chips and Lillie a baby meal plus another carton of cold milk for her bottle.
We got back too the Car and drove too a quiet Street where we could park for the night and i covered up some of the windows with afew of our spare blankets for a little bit of privacy in the back for the girls.
I got both of them changed into their pajamas and set up a little bed for the both of them laying down all of the bin bags with my clothes in on the footwell of the backseat soo Lillie can't fall anywhere extending the "bed".
I layed back the front chair as far as it would go and gave Evie leigh a pillow and duvet for her too sleep on.
I gave both of the girls their food and let them watch some of the ipad before going too bed as they would usually be going too bed soon as it's 8 o'clock.
I gave Lillie her bottle and her dummy and an extra blanket so she doesn't get cold and give her a kiss goodnight before changing into my pajama bottoms and a hoodie and laying back my chair a little bit but not a lot as Lillie is behind me.
C-"goodnight angels"
I give both of them another kiss goodnight before getting under my duvet and scrolling though my socials.
Both of the girls are asleep when i hear a nock on my window. I got scared untill i looked up and saw who the person was nocking on my window.
Mia.?
I opened the door too see what she had too say.
C-"oh hey Mia what are you doing here"
M-" uh hey Char nothing much just going out for a walk but more of a big deal what are you doing here with your kids asleep in the car with you?"
C-"oh uh ah.. long story"
I'm whispering so i don't wake up the girls but Mia seems concerned by the look on her face.
M-"come here tell me what happened" Mia opens out her arms for me too get out of the car. I stood up and shut the door behind me and Mia raps her arms around me tightly and says:
M-"so sweetheart what happened tell me why are you sleeping in your car?"
C-" well my Husband scott he's um..."
M-"it's okay you can talk too me"
C-"he's been hurting me."
"and i didn't want him around the kids already then he took it too far and got me far too drunk one evening so he could use me for my body."
I start too cry at the thought of it all replaying through my mind again.
M-" oh come here sweetheart, i'm so so sorry that happened too you. You don't deserve any of that. Now come on we are going too mine i'm not letting you sleep here with your girls. I have a spare bedroom anyways."
Mia holds me in her arms rocking side to side.
C-"Are you sure i don't want too be-"
M-" yes i'm positive now i'll sit in the back and you drive too mine. Okay?"
C-" okay.."
C-" thank you Mia you don't understand how much this means to me"
Mia gives me the directions too her house and we arrive there in about 10 minutes.
M-" Here's the key you go get yourself inside where it's warm and il get the girls.
C-"are u sure u will be okay?"
M-"yes,yes you go inside i'll be there in a second"
(Mias pov)
I couldn't believe what had happened too Char and her poor babies, she doesn't deserve any of that at all.
I picked Lillie up off the back seat and brought her inside and onto the sofa with her mum and then went back out and picked up Evie-leigh and brought her upstairs too the guest bedroom with Char following behind holding onto Lillie may.
M-"you can sleep in my bed and i'll sleep on the sofa if you want?"
C-"Could you stay with me i don't like being alone,.. please"
Now i couldn't turn her down of course i would.
M-"of course sweetheart"
We made sure the girls were settled before going into my bedroom and laying down.
We talked, and we talked all night about everything. It felt right. I know Char will always have a place in my heart, i feel a kind of.. attachment too her. I like being around her.

Me and Mia had talked untill we couldn't keep our eyes open any longer before we finally fell asleep. Miss arms wrapped around me holding me close so i knew i was safe.
