A few hours had passed since the accident. We had called the tow truck, my car left with it and guess what, it's dead, completely crushed. What a surprise huh ?

The boys offered me a drive home 'cause theirs was almost intact, fucking Honda Odyssey didn't even get a scratch. They really didn't have to do it but they kept on insisting and I wasn't gonna decline such a kind offer after what they did.

(Turns out I'm not that resentful after all)

I sat in the backseat but unlike earlier, Logan was now driving, it felt safer. From where I sat, I could sometimes see his arms flex slightly as his hands held tightly on the steering wheel. What a dreamy sight for my eyes.

(Be careful Mary, you're drooling right now)

The car looked rather clean and smelt nice, doesn't quite match its owners though.

(Just kidding)

I was looking at the surroundings when an annoying person bothered to talk to me.

"Are you always like this ?" Wade asked, turning back to look at me.
"Like what ?" I blankly asked back, annoyed.
"Like that, angry and irritable." Wade explained.
"No." I simply spoke, looking away.

"Then why are you like this with us ?" Wade asked.
"Because you annoy me." I said, pointing at him.
"And why do I annoy you ?" He asked again.
"Can't you see that she simply doesn't want to talk to you ?" Logan asked.
"Oh, I know that. I just really want to know why she behaves that way with us, that's all." Wade said as Logan sighed, almost feeling sorry for me.

"Well hum, let me think. Maybe because you two fucked up my car so bad that it won't even start, or the fact that I could have died in the said car ?" I explained.
"Oh, yeah, that." Wade spoke as if nothing happened.

"Oh my god is he always like that ?" I asked Logan, rolling my eyes.
"Unfortunately yes but I suppose that's why we like him." He answered, a very slight smile on his lips.
"I love you too bub." Wade said, grabbing Logan's cheek like a grandma would.
"Oh shut up." Logan demanded, earning me a slight smile as he snapped Wade's hand off his face. What an unconventional pair they make.

We had been driving for a while now and I could finally see my apartment building. From the outside, it sure looked old and quite ugly but I liked it that way, the inside looked better anyway and that's all that matters, right ?

(Aww, i can be so cute and cheesy sometimes)

"Well, there you go." Logan said as he stopped the car.
"Thank you for bringing me home." I said, unbuckling my seatbelt and grabbing my bags.
"You're welcome." Logan gently said, turning around to face me with a small smile on his lips.
"Yeah, that's the least we could do after all the problems we caused you." Wade sarcastically explained as I got out of the car.

I waved at them and walked towards the entry door. I was about to get inside but instead, I turned around and looked at the 2 of them. They were waiting for me to be home safe to leave.

(How kind is that ?)

"Actually, you guys wanna come over for dinner ? It's getting late and I bought too much pizza anyway." I asked, giving them a slight smile.

No matter how annoying Wade can be, he was right earlier, things happen. It happened to us but it could have been anybody else. Don't get me wrong, I'm still mad at them but as someone you guys probably know said "It costs nothing to be kind" so here I am, being kind tho the two men who fucking destroyed my car.

(Alright, the anger's coming back stronger, might wanna be careful)

"Well, well, why so nice all of the sudden ?" Wade playfully asked.
"Shut up and just answer her." Logan said as I chuckled.
"Well then, why not. What do you say, Wolvie ?" Wade asked Logan.
"Yeah, why not." He rejoiced, starting the engine again to go park their car.

After a few minutes, they finally joined me. I held the door open for them as we headed to the elevator.
The 3 of us finally arrived on my floor and went into my apartment.

"What a lovely place you have here." Wade said as he looked around.

(Let's not bother telling him I'll move out in a few days then)

"Well thank you but as lovely as it is, I could never call it home." I sighed, dropping my purse on a chair.
"And why's that ?" Wade seriously asked.

"Can't you just stop asking her questions ?" Logan annoyingly asked.
"Don't worry, it's fine." I told Logan. "And as for my place, I don't know, it just never felt right for some reasons..." I explained as the boys shared a concerned look.
"Anyway, who wants some pizza ?" I asked, trying to change the subject.

The boys and I had spent the evening together, laughing and, of course, arguing about anything and everything.

However, we didn't tell each other anything about our lives. No but seriously, they don't know much more about me than you guys do. I just told them what I do for a living and where because they wondered why I was so far away from my place.

Even if they were strangers to me a day ago, my place just felt empty when they left around 1 a.m.

And I know I'll probably never see them again, but I'm truly glad I met those guys today and got to spend the evening with them.

(Even if this encounter will probably cost me some money, a lot of money actually)

This evening truly was one of the best I've had in a while, no matter how annoying Wade is (Already said that) and no matter how their constant bickering gives me migraines, those guys are great.

Some people might call it an unfortunate (Expensive) event or a bad luck that has been sticking to my ass for a while now. But I would call it, fate ? Maybe ?
Anyway, I'm glad it happened.

Hello everyone ! How's everyone doing ?
So, second chapter's here. I hope you liked it.
I'm sorry, I know it's short but I couldn't figure out a better way to split my paragraphs. This time I promise, next chapter will be longer.
Also, I just wanted to thank you guys again for reading my story, it means a lot to me.
Don't worry, chapter 3 should be released in a few days and you guys should like its ending. (And no, it's not smut, not yet at least)
