Hey guys. I'm back with another beautiful story I hope you'll love. Please comment on what should be next.

Quirk: Energy.
I was the top student throughout my middle school. However, nervousness hit me like a wave when I applied to UA high. I studies my head off that even my mom was worried. But it all paid off when I received my acceptance letter. I wasn't too good with my quirk so studying was my comfort zone. But UA really helped me with that.

On my first day, I was looking for my class. After what felt like an age, I finally found Class 1A. I opened the door to see a bunch of students laughing and chatting together. I felt out of place but who doesn't on their first day? Thankfully,I didn't attract too much attention. It didn't take me long to get acquainted with everyone. I really like Uraraka and how she seems to get along so well with everyone. I was advised to avoid Mineta as he seemed to make every effort he can to get close to me. I admired Momo's dedication and discipline. Iida is a bit strict but otherwise cool. But there was one person that attracted my attention.

Soon the time for the sports festival came. Obviously, my nerves kicked in again as I had only improved a little bit since coming to UA. I would've given anything to be snuggled up in my room with my novel in my hands. But I needed to do this.

I was watching my classmates fight when I saw him. Shoto Todoroki. I had been admiring him from afar. His grades were amazing and his quirk was excellent. He seemed to have so much control but still managed to be humble unlike the proud Bakugo, who I found amusing.

Shoto was fighting against Deku. I have to admit, I was really engrossed in the fight. Both seemed to do so well. It only got better when Shoto started using his flames. I found myself staring at Shoto instead of analyzing the battle. I had to force myself to walk away and miss the rest of the fight.

When the time for the one on one battles came, I was paired with Momo. I wasn't really shocked on that one. After all, our quirks are really similar. As the fight began, I don't know if it was just me, but I was winning. Momo didn't really seem to give it her all which made me feel a twinge of anger. Maybe she thought I was weak and she had to go easy on me. I continued to fight my hardest until I finally noticed her working harder to keep up with me. I was about to launch a counter attack when she created a huge shield to block me. It didn't seem like much so I increased my force as I punched the shield, knocking her out of the ring. I was exhausted and relieved that the battle was over. That was until I noticed Momo crying a bit. I couldn't help but feel bad for her. I tried to be nice and supportive but it was obvious she wanted to be left alone. I knew she wasn't one to hold grudges so I assumed she would feel better after a day or two. I was waiting for the rest of the matches to finish when Shoto walked over to me. I felt myself tense up as I caught his gaze.

"Hey (y/n)"

"H-hey Todoroki" I stuttered nervously hoping he wasn't going to condemn me for going too hard on Momo.

"You did really great out there" he said, the corners of his mouth turning up into the slightest of smiles.

"Thanks. You did great too" my fingers twiddling behind my back. A silence fell upon us and I felt the need to run away. Thankfully, what he said next wasn't what I was expecting.

"Listen. I need your help with something"

"Huh? You need my help?"

"Yeah. Could you help me study?"

"Study? Like tutor you?"

"Yeah. I fell sick last week and I need help catching up. So will you do it?"

"Sure. No problem."

"Thanks. We can have it in my room. Say 7pm?"

"Right. I'll be there."

I watched him walk away. Why would he want me to tutor him? I tried to brush the topic off as the day finally came to an end. I was getting out of the shower when I suddenly remembered my plans with Shoto. I checked my bed side clock. It was already 6:45pm.

In a matter of minutes, I got dressed in casual but fitting jeans and a simple top quickly gathering the books I will need before dashing out of my room.

I made it just in time and took a deep breath, readying myself for the study session. Gently, I knocked on his door as if my heart wasn't beating at a million miles per hour. A second later, he opened the door carrying his usual stoic expression but it seemed to soften when he saw it was me.

"I'm glad you could make it."

"Wouldn't miss it for the world" I said mentally slapping myself for how those words came out.

"Come on in" he said opening the door wider to let me in.

I looked around his room, appreciating the aesthetic and traditional design. Now that I think about it, this is my first time being in his room.

"Your room is amazing" I said trying not to sound like an excited child.

"Thanks. I tried to make it look like my room back at home."

"Well you did a great job" I said, still amazed by the room's authenticity.

I turned around to see him smiling. I suddenly felt flustered and turned my head swiftly.

"We should probably start" I said, trying to set a serious atmosphere.

When we had everything set up, we began. As we began studying,I felt myself becoming free as we laughed and chatted about different subjects. We would occasionally drift to other topics and I got to really know more about him. It felt as though we had been friends for the longest time. From then on, we decided to study together everyday.

Time skip. Few days later.

I was already getting bored of the lesson as I had already studied the topic the night before. I was working so hard not to fall asleep again. When the last bell finally rang, I almost sprung out of my seat, happy to be able to walk around again. I cancelled my plans with Mina and Toru to study with Shoto. We had been having tests all week and we needed this more than anything.

However, on walking into his room, I got the feeling something was off. I ignored the feeling though and carried on studying .

As we were finishing up with History, I felt a warm hand on mine. I look up to see Shoto staring at me with this look in his eyes.

"Todoroki? Is something wrong?" I asked already feeling quite flustered.

"(Y/n) There's something you should know"

"Okay... what's that?"

"I like you. I mean...as more than a friend."

I was flabbergasted. He likes me? How? Why?

"Y-you like me?"

"I understand if you don't feel the same way. I just thought it would be best to let you know." He said, the sadness evident in his voice.

I wasn't thinking anymore. My body acted on it own as I suddenly pressed my lips against his in a soft kiss. He seemed confused as well. That's when I realized what I was doing. I pulled away quickly.

"I'm sorry. I just-"

I was cut off mid sentence when he cupped my face and pulled me in for another kiss. I was beyond shocked.

When we finally pulled away, I managed to say despite my heavy breathing.

"I like you too"

I couldn't help but smile when I saw him do the same.

For the rest of that night, we abandoned studying and decided to cuddle on his bed while watching movies.

"So (y/n).."

"Todoroki?"

"You can call me Shoto"

"R-right Shoto."

"Will you be my girlfriend?"

My eyes widened as I heard his question.

"What?"

"I want you to be my girlfriend" he said more firmly.

"I...Yes!" I said hugging him tight, maybe too tight but he didn't seem to mind.
