Happy Birthday Byleth (2024)

Yeah, I know I'm a little late was busy on the day I wanted to drop this and editing took a lot longer for everything.

Byleth: "......." Looking down at her bloody sword as she wiped the blood stain on her face with a neutral look. Looking at Rhea, who was lying lifeless against a rock. Byleth kneels down as she closes the lady's eyes. "It... didn't have to be like this....I hope maybe in another timeline we could end together....goodbye Rhea...." Byleth turned to walk away with her head slightly turned back one more time. "I did care for you as well. I just wish it didn't come to this. Rest well." Byleth walks away.

As she walks, Sothis begins to talk to her in her head.

Sothis: 'So, that's that huh? Another lover gone....how....how you holding up?'

Byleth: "......."

Sothis: 'Ah... I'm sorry. I know it hasn't been easy for you to kill another person who loves you in that way....'

Byleth: 'It's okay things like this would be destined to happen....I....I knew there was no right ending for me. I guess maybe...maybe I wasn't made to be happy.'

Sothis: 'That's not true BYLETH!! Look, I don't know what will happen once we head to this new world or whatever. But I'm sure there will be someone, who will come around and actually have feelings for you. The correct feeling. Someone who doesn't want to use you for their personal gain, not for your status, not because of me, no. I'm sure someone will come that will love you as Byleth Eisner.'

Byleth: 'Heh, it is strange to hear you have such high hopes for you.'

Sothis: 'Hey, we are partners after-all. I know it's tough now, but I'm positive something good will come out of everything. I mean you wouldn't be alive right now if it wasn't for me. So, trust we will find that great husband or wife for us.'

Byleth: 'And if you don't like them?'

Sothis: 'Please, I tolerate all the people you teach and all as well your first wife. If I can handle all of them. I can handle your future lovers. I will just be the judge of if they are good for you.'

Byleth: '....Thank you....Sothis....'

Sothis: 'No problem you fish loving killer. Let's get you washed up. I would hate to smell like blood for the next few weeks.'

Byleth: 'You can really smell anything?'

Sothis: 'Don't question a god!?! If I can say I can smell I can smell!!'

Byleth continues to walk with a soft smile as she and Sothis continue to talk....

Present Day....

Byleth looked at her husband, Xavier Storm, who was in a plank with Aldora and Xerxes on his back.

Byleth: "Currently 3 minutes got 2 more minutes to go."

Xavier: "T-Thank h-honey....so...have you decided where you want to go today?"

Byleth: "Hmmm, well today I wanted to just be us."

Xavier: "The four....of us?"

Byleth: "Nope, just you and me dear."

Xavier: "EH!?!"

Byleth: "Why are you surprised?"

Xavier: "Just wasn't expecting us...to have some alone time....for your birthday?"
