Author's POV
It was the last lecture before lunch, and as the bell rang,everyone quickly packed
their bags and ran toward the cafeteria.
Meanwhile,
Jeonghan is packing his stuff, and Seungcheol is waiting for him near the door, but Jeonghan doesn't know that someone is waiting for him. As he turns to the classroom door, he sees Seungcheol standing while leaning against the door. Jeonghan went towards him.
"Why were you waiting for me ? " Jeonghan inquiries.
"Well, I did tell someone that I will have my lunch with them, now I think they forgot. " Seungcheol replied
( Seungcheol did ask him after their second class was over, but Jeonghan didn't give him an answer) Jeonghan blushed at the thought of having his lunch with him. But remembered that he
eats lunch with his brother and friends.
He looked at seungcheol and said
" I would really like to have lunch with you but I eat lunch with my baby brother and our friends, I am really sorry. " Jeonghan replied.
"Oh! It's okay, at least we can go to the cafeteria together, " Seungcheol asked.
Jeonghan nodded in reply.
They were in the hallway when they heard a fight going in fresh man year floor. So they went to check about what's happening.
When they reach
Seungcheol is shocked that his brother is getting beaten up by a few other boys behind him, a boy crying.
Seungcheol immediately went to save his brother, and jeonghan went towards the boy who was crying.
" Yay , why are u betting my brother?" asked in an angry tone.
The boys got scared and ran away, and cheol went towards his brother, who was looking at the crying boy who's hugging Jeonghan and sobbing loudly.
Both the brothers went to them to check up on the crying boy.
"Hey, kid, did you get hurt anywhere?" Seungcheol asked in a sweet and soft voice
The boy only shook his head, and after a while, he looked up.
"Hyung, he got hurt because of me," said the crying boy to Jeonghan and pointed towards Vernon.
Jeonghan looks at the direction his brother is pointing. He saw the boy standing next to Seungcheol, who is his brother.
"Let's take them to the nurse's office first," Seungcheol said.
Jeonghan just nodded and helped his brother to stand up, and then the four boys went towards the nurse office.
On the way Seungcheol texted in the group chat that he and Vernon won't be joining them for lunch. While Jeonghan did the same, he also texted his friends that he and his baby brother wouldn't join for the lunch.
