i can't see facts through all my fury

jake walked in the woods, covered in zombie blood. he was filled with rage and the only way to let it out was to slash the zombies.

"i hate you!" jake cried out hoarsely, his axe falling down onto the zombies head. he heard a leaf crunch and turned around. "whos there?"

jake saw a figure move behind a tree and he ran over. it was the guard who let him free earlier? jake then realized its the same one who let his brother get killed so he went after him.

"get off me!" aiden said, not trying to hurt jake.

"what are you doing here?! you knew they were going to get my brother! what are you gonna try to get me next?"

"what?!" aiden looked at jake, who was currently trying to hit aiden. jake realized aiden had no idea what he was talking about and he stepped back, dropping his axe.

"your friends. they trapped everyone with the zombies, my brother is DEAD because of them. but i doubt you're any different from that" jake mumbled, wiping blood off his face. aiden frowned and looked away.

"no i.. dont know anything about that. look i never know what they are up to, i just do what they tell me to."

"well thats wrong, because if you did what they said, i would be dead."

"its different." aiden glared at jake, looking at the bloody scene. "i have never killed a human and i don't ever plan to."

"whatever, i don't even know if i can believe you right now." jake went and picked up his red soaked axe, putting it on his belt.

"also why are you even here? you are about to be on the phoenix orders property, i went to go hunt and heard you."

"what do you think? of course im mad that you guys are the cause of my brothers death. no one should be let off the hook like that. yul is fucking toast."

"slow your roll- you're walking into a death trap."

"why do you even care, random guard i dont even know?! you see them kill people daily, so whats different?" jake scowled, beginning to walk closer to the phoenix order. aiden went to grab jakes arm and he hit his hand off.

"come on- i don't like the fact they kill people- i mean people who i assume haven't done anything wrong. and its aiden, for gods sake."

"okay well aiden, you can't stop me." jake began running off, aidens eyes widened and he chased after him. he groaned annoyed and fed up with jake. he reached up with him and tackled him, causing the two to trip and stumble down the hill.

aiden woke up, confused. he sat up, realizing he and jake fell and landed against a tree. aiden then heard zombies come their way. he gasped, looking over at jake who was still passed out.

"wake up- idiot!" he shook him, looking back every few seconds to see the zombies getting closer and closer. jake slowly woke up confused.

"huh- fuck!" Jakes eyes widened, seeing zombies come up to them. He and Aiden stood up and started taking down the zombies. Aiden was relieved since he could not take them down on his own.

"that was- something!" aiden caught his breath, looking at the zombies they took down.

"you're better than me i would've let the zombies feast on you"

"thats bull" aiden put a hand on his hip. "the other day if you really wanted to you would've put a bullet through my brain after i let you go, but you didn't"

"whatever." jake mumbled, dusting off his shorts.

"just don't come back here i know they pissed you off but i have nothing to do with it. you're supposed to be dead and if they see you we are both toast."

"fine. eventually you will all pay." jake got up, grabbing his axe as he walked off. aiden sighed, watching the blue hair boy leave. He started to walk back to camp, wondering a ton of things. Is he really a bad person for not stopping the Phoenix Order? who knows.
