Guys, we have some compromises in the proposal.
I know you all heard about what happened when Majoy and Dein asked for approval.
The problem is yung OIC ni Mr. Balagtas, hindi pumayag kasi wala daw funds for our benchmarking.
Yesterday, I had a meeting with Miles.
We're planning to collaborate on this so they can help us shoulder the expenses.
laurie (man-ed)
what's the catch?
markus (head cartoonist)
ang nega naman. i think support lang ako. magandang idea yung collaboration.
dein (assoc)
Laurie's right. Gusto nilang editorial board lang yung attend. Kuya Miles proposed they will shoulder 70% of the fund but they only gave us eight slots for the benchmarking.
tine (literary ed)
Tapos on their side? Lahat aattend?
dale (news ed)
Parang ang unfair?
naimh (EIC)
Unfair talaga. But, we have to decide now.
And may isa pa tayong dilenma.
The date they are proposing is Feb 13-15.
jann (sports ed)
owshiiii. kasabay ng SCUAA. auto pass na ba ako?
crystal (senior photojourn)
Hala hindi kami kasama?
naimh (EIC)
Here's the thing.
You guys can choose kung anong sasamahan nyo but we have to do it on balance.
Apat sa benchmarking at apat sa SCUAA.
The other four slots will be given to the aspiring editorial board para they can be trained and aware na sila when we step down on our post.
crystal (senior photojourn)
SCUAA ako.
