This picks up right after the description

The blue circle thingy had taken him on a not so fun trip. Luffy was spinning through an empty void, and boy was it not fun. The way he felt right now made Kuma's travel look like a cake walk. No matter how hard he tried to yell, no sound would come out of his mouth. He didn't feel any wind hitting his face or anything, he just felt as if he was going in one direction super fast.

Trying to think fast, Luffy spread himself out into a parachute like form, but it did nothing to him. Then he finally saw the light at the end of the tunnel. Another blue circle didn't look too far away and he was currently going right towards it. As he got closer and closer he began to feel the wind against his face, wherever he was about to end up sure was windy. In perfect timing, he shot out of blue thing, now being in an area where he could stop himself. Clinging to whatever he could, he quickly stopped his descent by slamming into a building, smashing through the window and onto a hard floor. Then it hit him, Luffy was currently surrounded by a bunch of people in weird uniforms. They were grey and green, with a red tie. "My bad." Was all he could think to say. Suddenly a blue haired kid stood up. (Blue? That's weird)

"You villainous demon! Messing with the precious class time of a U.A. student! I..." The blue haired boy continued to rant as the gears in Luffy's head finally started to turn. Who wore uniforms and usually yelled at him? Hard eye contact was made between him and the boy for a few minutes at Luffy narrowed his eyes and put a finger to his chin.

He couldn't figure it out.

Normally Luffy would just say they were marines and fight it out, but these guys had different colors. But just as he was about to just leave he felt a new presence enter the room. A man who really looked like he needed a nap was just staring at him with wide eyes. "Are you guys the marines or what? I'm pretty lost here!"

"The hell?" The man said, before his eyes went red. Not a second later and Luffy felt the energy drain out of him. It was as if someone was pressing sea prism stone to his head and he couldn't do anything about it. Luffy's arms drooped to the side and he fell to his knees. The class was now all staring at him,  but not moving an inch. That was till a group of people in blue uniforms grabbed him and put him in cuffs. The cuffs had given Luffy a similar feeling to what that man's eyes did. The blue people then picked him up and began to drag him somewhere...

I know that this is a short chapter and I promise that others will be longer as time goes on. I mainly wanted to use this chapter as a bit of a tester to see if people like the idea. Comments are welcome and any tips that can help me improve my writing is totally cool. Till next time, peace out.
