Waking up, that was currently what Y/n L/nwas doing. It was early morning and it was school. Yep, the sound of his alarm going off him reaching over to silence it, it had all become a routine by now.

However this morning was different, far different. When he opened his eyes he saw. That's it he saw. Y/n didn't have bad eyes however he wore glasses.
It was clear. When he opened his eyes, he saw his ceiling clearly, better than he had before.

"What the actual hell...?"

He couldn't believe it, had his sight magically returned? No, that couldn't be it. He sat up observing his room. It's true, his sight...

He climbed out from under his covers. He looked towards where his glasses were and picked them up, he held them up to his face and looked through them and then looked without them.

It was the same! He was happy of course like any normal human being, he was glad he got his sight back, but, if he suddenly got his sight back, suddenly stopped wearing his glasses, what would people think?

Who cares. He got his sight back! With a smile on his face, he got dressed for school. Went downstairs where his parents left a note about going to work early.

He didn't mind, it was something that happened regularly, it only meant he'd have to walk to school, which wasn't to bad.

After eating a slice of bread with nothing on it he left for school, but while he was walking he quickly came to the realization that, he was energized, more than ever before.

It didn't take long for him to reach the school building. He and his parents recently moved to New York. They had lived in (C/N) beforehand, but his father got a well paying job here, so they moved.

(If you're originally from New York, just ignore this. Just imagine he changed schools or something.)

When he got there he met up with his friends. He just recently got acquainted with them, but they were cool.

(Noah): "Huh? Oh, Y/n. Well since you're here tell this IDIOT that being chronically online isn't an achievement!"

Y/n had no idea what he just walked in on but he could guess. These were his two friends Noah and Daniel. Both were eachothers opposites.

Noah was a reasonably social guy, Daniel kept too himself mostly. Well, anyway, it was time to help out abit.

"Daniel, sitting in you're room, doing whatever it is you do online, isn't an achievement."

(Daniel): "Okay smartasses, then what would be an achievement?!"

(Noah): "Speaking to a girl."

"Taking a shower."

(Noah): "Touching grass."

"Putting on deodorant."

(Daniel): "Why do I feel those achievements were targeted..."

Noah then laughed his ass off while Daniel hit him over the head, y/n just watched this and smiled before laughing aswell.

(Noah): "Oh yeah, just noticed, you're not wearing you're glasses."

Y/n didn't see the use in lying since what would happen if he just told em? Nothing.

"Just woke up and suddenly I could see."

(Daniel): "That's like...a powerup..."

(Noah): "A weak one too."

Daniel and Noah then almost immediately started arguing again, like two little brats, y/n swore he was just a babysitter at this point.
