The Minister's Dirty Secret

CHAPTER 6

IFETA'S POINT OF VIEW:

After my father agreeing to minister's deal, I stopped talking to my family. They tried a few times and then stopped bothering me.

School felt safer, compared to home

I was filled with trepidation, I was powerless against the powerful minister. I was distracted in class too.

After the class ended, I was walking to my home when someone blocked my way. Looking at huge man I took a step back.

"Madam, sir is waiting for you in the cafeteria" he said and poined towards the cafe.

I wanted to escape but I know I can't, even if I run they'll catch me easily.

Without any choice, I walked into the cafe and was lead into a private booth where Minister was sitting.

He waved me to come over, and I hesitated.

His eyes darkened and he warned.

"Don't make me repeat myself, you don't want to see me angry" he said.

Hearing his warning, I walked over and sat beside him.

He wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me closer to him. I stiffened but did not push him away.

"Shy? You should get used to me. So what are you eating?" He asked while stroking my waist.

"I don't want anything" I stammered and his grip on my waist tightened.

"I didn't ask whether you are eating or not, I asked what you are eating?" He asked.

"A sandwich and strawberry cheesecake" I blurted out.

Within minutes, the ordered food along with a cup of coffee was on the table.

I took the sandwich and nibbled.

After finishing the sandwich under his watchful gaze, I took ate the cheesecake slowly.

Halfway through, he stopped my hand took the spoon with cheesecake and smeared it on my cheek. I froze.

Slowly, he came closer,licked away the cheese and kissed it. He ended it with a bite on the cheek.

" You are tastier than the cheesecake" he commented while licking his lips.

"How is school? Any trouble?" He asked and pulled me to his lap. I squirmed but he held me tighter.

" Answer my question" he ordered.

I squeaked our a fine.

He laughed suddenly making me tremble.

I heard a certain fly is buzzing around you" he said which made me confused.

All of a sudden, the door to the private room opened and two men came in holding one of my classmate.

He looked beaten and bruised.

When I was about to tell minister to leave the boy alone he spoke.

"For eveyword you speak on behalf of him, I'll cut him once" he said which made me shut up.

"Flirting with my woman, how daring! Break his right hand" minister said and one of the men broke my classmate's hand which made him cry. I closed my eyes and ears unable to see the situation.

"This is what will happen if any man gets close to you said" he said and waved his hand.

Two men took my classmate out of the room and the room quietened.

He lifted me and placed me on the table facing him.

"Don't get close to any men alright it's for their safety" he said and tucked my hair behind my ears.

I nodded tearfully.

He wiped my tears and sighed.

"I scared you huh? Don't worry as long as you obey me I won't punish you, alright?" He said gently to which I nodded.

"Okay look, I brought you a present" he said and stuffed a wrapped up box in my hand.

I looked down at the gift in my trembling hands.

"Open it" he said.

I tried opening with my shaking hands and failed.

He took the box from me and unwrapped it revealing a set of anklet with the alphabet 'H'.

He removed my shoes and socks and put the anklets.

Looking at the anklets in satisfaction he held one of my foot.

"Such a small feet" he mumbled and squeezed my feet.

"Don't remove it " he warned and placed me back next to him.

After a few minutes, he took me back home in his car and left.

Standing in front of the door, I realised that now I belong to him since my parents sold me and now he branded me with his initials.
