Min-ji was panicking while finding a file which she is stating as most important while her two daughters were busy with themselves.
Her first daughter Kim jiho , she was a cool child with kind heart but after their father died when she was 6 she lost faith in god completely and made herself heartless. she tries to show that to her mom and sis also but fails as they both know she is just acting. She was smart in elementary but lost interest in studies after the tragic death of her father. That's why Min-ji doesn't force her often or go against her wish thinking it will only hurt her more.
